On October 18, I came to the Invitro to take a screening. The girl at the reception took a long time to make out, another employee helped her. I went into the office - they didn't put a napkin on, they were whispering among themselves. The analysis was taken very inexpertly. It seemed that before taking a swab, they watched a video on YouTube for a couple of how to do it. As a result, they said that the analysis would be ready on October 22. 22 did not receive any results. On October 23, a letter arrived by mail, and in the letter in the results it is indicated that the biomaterial went into operation on October 23, with a note to appear for retake. I came to the branch demanding an explanation, to which I was told that the laboratory assistant had confused the container for the material. And when asked why I didn't get a call asking me to come and retake and after 5 days they just unsubscribed, they said that an internal investigation was underway. Nonsense and bestial attitude towards customers! Naturally, I demanded a refund and went to another laboratory. Sorry for the time spent.

It all depends on the nurse. It was just terrible today. The nurse's hands were shaking, everything was slow, I was taking 3 vials and I was already starting to feel bad. The nurse ignored this. There were some other two male trainees, as I understood it, they laughed at me after my phrase "I feel like I'm going to lose the creature" with the words "you're just winding yourself up, probably", the nurse added everything had already finished taking everything and grinned. Before starting the blood collection, the nurse did not ask how I was undergoing the procedure, etc.

Today at 14:47 I ran to get the test results, but it was already closed. Although it says that you work until 15:00. I knocked, rang, no one answered. Why mislead customers?! That's how you would write in 2gis, maps, that you close at any time convenient for you! It is very incorrect!!!
