Excellent gym with well-thought-out group programs. A new gym. Everything is new. If you don't have much money, there are enough group programs in the subscription to get basic results, but if possible, take individual training sessions. The coaches are experienced. I personally recommend Timur. 7 years of experience, knowledge and the coach's individual approach to his players gives a phenomenal result. 💪 I write from personal experience.
