Good afternoon! I would like to express my deep gratitude to Intercity and directly to Katerina, the manager of the Grodno office, for organizing our New Year-2025.
On Katerina's recommendation, we had a 10-day vacation in Egypt at the Jaz Sharm Dreams Hotel. Downtown, Naama Bay.
The gorgeous beach is the best on this coast, good service, decent food, bottled drinks and juices, no upi. The hotel is undergoing renovation of the room stock, but we were lucky, we already lived in the renovated one) Brand new beds with fancy new mattresses.
All this, plus the sun, the sea, the sand and ... the rest was a success!
This is not the first time we have contacted the Intercity company, and every time we are very satisfied with our vacation!

Many thanks to the operator Victoria from Grodno, with whom I chose the perfect vacation for myself.
Initially, I just wanted to leave the urban gray and into the sun, and according to the burning options, I found a country suitable for myself -Qatar, I wrote to Victoria that there was no option that suited me and she offered something much better, the second coast,a hotel across the street from the beach,4*,an excellent buffet, we just 4 fellow travelers gathered and there were 2 rooms, all without water, quickly, honestly, no "sniffing", an ideal option for an immediate request!
The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and varied, the beach is clean and well maintained, the country is super less than 20 km away and not everything was done in a week.
There's a lot to watch.
We tanned every dent, yes, it's cold water now, but it's comfortable to lie in the sun, you need to wear jackets in the evenings, but for active tourists like us, this is the perfect combination!

I would like to mention the professional work of Intercity. It was not easy for us to choose a suitable tour due to the limited time before the start of the trip, a short vacation and a number of certain requirements that were important to us. We also did not yet have a clear definition of the direction where we would like to go. Before contacting Intercity, we visited several travel agencies with whom we had previously gone on vacation several times, but this time everything was unsuccessful. We came to Intercity (Grodno) and everything worked out! Manager Katerina has done almost the impossible. She approached the selection of our tour very responsibly and patiently, tried to understand as much as possible what we want and take into account all our preferences, offered many options that could potentially suit us. As a result, we purchased a tour to Thailand. We were very pleased with the trip! Everything we expected, we got, and it even exceeded our expectations! Thank you very much to Katerina. And from now on we will contact Intercity.
