I ordered two stands. She clarified several times that the pockets on one should be horizontal with side loading of sheets. I think we got it. It was sent with a top load. I did not return anything, although it is impossible to use the stand. The second time I wrote, I asked if it was possible to do it normally in the end. Someone answered once, in the second letter they sent their registration documents without any text in the letter at all, and they are silent.
A terrible approach. I do not recommend it!
