I called several times to different numbers, but they didn't answer the phone. I decided to dial on Tuesday, I got through the second time. I talked to the manager. He promised shipment after payment within 1-2 days. That is, either on the day of payment, or the next. I transferred the money within 10 minutes. I sent a payment receipt to the post office. I'm calling on Wednesday evening. It's like the end of the 2nd day of the two promised, and nothing. No one is answering the phone. Half of the rooms are inactive. I called 20 times. Seriously, I dialed all possible numbers. No one answered at all. It really pissed me off!!! I got through on Thursday, of course, not the first time. The manager said that he needed to clarify what was with the order and promised to call back in 10 minutes. I called back after 30 minutes. They didn't answer the same way the first time. They said that they had no information from the suppliers and they could not say when they would be able to send it. On Friday, my friend called them, with claims of violation of the promised deadlines. etc. etc. As a result, they sent it on 04.11 and he arrived on Monday 06.11. I think this is an exhaustive answer why you should not contact them. Most of all, I was outraged by the fact that I left all my calls unanswered.
