They sold a defective pot. They initially refused to exchange for a new one even on the day of receipt of the goods, although the website says that the exchange is possible within 14 days. They said that I would still not be able to prove that the pan was defective. The new pan that was sent, although better than the first one, is still of inadequate quality. 4.08.2016. No, not scammers - the blockheads are just unqualified! The declaration number was still sent after the threatening letter. Strange people! Apparently there are problems with communication skills.
