Good afternoon! I made an order on the website, selected the product I was interested in- skates, placed an order. Delivery was scheduled for 14.01 (I made the order at the end of December) On January 12, I was contacted from the store and told that the product I was interested in was out of stock. Together we extended the order and the manager said that he would call me back on 18.01 and inform me about the order. That day, I went to the store myself (because there was no call). I was informed that my order is ready and delivery is scheduled for 19.01.
As a result, skates of a completely different company, style and color were delivered to me!!! I took the order, because at least the size was correct. BUT the impressions of the store's work remained disgusting, because it would be possible to warn by phone that the goods on order are not available, and not to bring them to the "maybe it will take a ride"

I would like to express my gratitude to the well-coordinated work of the delivery staff. The guys delivered the order on time, quickly, which was very important to me. More such kind, sincere, positive professionals! An example for everyone!

I really like this online store! An item marked "in stock" was ordered, I did not expect to choose the right model. But the manager called and first offered to specify what I want, and then they sent a photo to Viber of what is available and I chose the option I needed. That's the approach to the client! Thank you! :)
