I live here on a business trip. The hotel has seen better days... The center, near the metro, the cleaning is good, the bed is comfortable, quite a decent breakfast, relatively new plumbing, there is a balcony, on the intermediate floor there is a mini business center. That's where the advantages end. Cons - the most disgusting sound insulation of the rooms, the car wash in the yard makes noise until midnight, a broken shower switch (I spoke twice at the reception - no one was crazy), scratched furniture, there is no kettle and refrigerator in the room, irons in ironing boards with burnt soles. Four stars is not even funny, three - and then with a big stretch :(

I do not recommend this hotel if there are alternative options. At best, it's 2 stars, if not less. We were in it on a business trip one day. The staff at the reception is not very interested in guests and interacts "through force", the furniture of the rooms is old and not much monitored, everything is "shabby", but it works. There is breakfast, but the quality is very low and it is easier to go to any place nearby, for the same money you can find much better quality.
The only advantage is the location, everything is fine with the hotel.

Upon arrival (at 5.30 am), there was no one at the reception. The comrade was asleep. The cleaner woke him up, he looks like he's after a party, asked to pay extra for an early check-in and didn't understand a damn thing. I explained to him that everything was paid for, including early check-in. I counted something on the calculator and said that I didn't need to pay anything extra. He gave me a card from the room. I came to the room - complete ruin, everything is covered in snot, carpets are stained with the corpses of previous guests, all sockets are falling off, plaster is falling off the walls, towels have been washed 100,500 times, I don't know why they haven't fallen apart yet.
When I was already going to bed, they started breaking into my room. I thought the guy at the reception had woken up. I open it, and there is a guest with a suitcase and a card from my room. An inadequate friend from the reception decided to put him in my room ... because he forgot that the room was already occupied.
I sent the guest back. They blocked his card, well, mine in the load, obviously.
After 20 minutes, I hear a hoarse scream of a woman behind the wall. I get up... the drain tank in the bathroom decided that he was lonely and needed help. His faucet was screaming....
Quite a miracle - outside the window there is a car wash and service. The only sound is the sound of a sink and a vacuum cleaner 🤦🏻♂️ the window cannot be opened.
The next day... I took a shower, sat down to rest... they call, they say that I poured someone from below... in a very unpleasant tone, they insist that a technician come. To which I replied that he should come tomorrow, when I would not be there... in the end, he came anyway, even though it was too late... he deceived the pallet, left the shit and left.
Going to breakfast was the first thing I saw, as guests from Asia stand and try to find clean plates, picking out specks of dust from those Who take ... no breakfast ... the tables, like the rooms, are all dirty and battered.
The hotel looks like some kind of motel on the road in the middle of nothing, not a hotel.

Unfortunately, I didn't like the hotel! The hotel's advertisement looks nice on the website, it shows superior rooms, above the price category. The hotel offers a maximum of 2 stars. There was no tea, coffee, or kettle in the room.

The breakfasts are very hearty, for every taste. There were vegetarians among us - they also liked the dishes.
I was surprised that there are no bathrobes in the hotel. Even at the hotel where we stopped on the way back home, there were bathrobes. For two people, for some reason they were given one set of towels. They asked for a second set and brought it. But the next day, when changing, they left one towel for two again. As the hotel employee said: the two of us were placed in a single room. That's why we have one set of 🙃😟. In general, everything went fine, we only came to the hotel to spend the night. Therefore, everything else did not bother us at all.

There is absolutely no furniture on the balcony, the floor is dirty. The buffet leaves much to be desired, the choice of products is very meager, the tablecloths on the tables are dirty, the curtains are dirty, the dishes are cleaned for a very long time - it is difficult even to find a clean table to eat.

The hotel is generally not bad in terms of price and quality, if you book a few months in advance. But the main thing is to get into a renovated room. Many rooms still have the old (still Soviet) decoration. Another plus is that breakfast is included in the price. It helped us a lot. A sauna with a swimming pool is acceptable, as well as a fitness center - several simulators.
In general, for your money - a good hotel. And the location is very advantageous.

The rooms are large (I lived in a two-room)’and that's cool. But the furniture is old and creaky.Although, they say, some rooms are renovated. I was unlucky.
The maids work well. In the rooms, slippers, towels and disposable sets are changed every day.
Breakfast is a buffet. The range is limited, but this is nonsense. Apparently, there are 2 chefs, and one cooks well, the second is disgusting. I haven't seen gray rice porridge for a long time)
But the most infuriating thing is the little things like torn tablecloths at breakfast (photo below) I understand that room renovation is an expensive event, but you can buy new tablecloths, right?!

As a result, this is a room in the end, very far from the elevator (my back hurts and it's hard for me to walk) and it's very noisy, because not only is there a noisy street downstairs, but also a fan, apparently from their kitchen, the noise of which overlaps the noise of the road. But they promised to move me the next day. Today is the 4th day. I still cannot achieve my relocation. It was about people, now it's about the hotel. The room stock has not been updated since the time of Tsar Pea. But the last time I was here was back in the old days and I didn't think that everything was so sad. A torn pillowcase, a taped hole on the door, sockets that heat themselves and heat the plug, even when charging the phone. Breakfast is a different story. 1 type of porridge, not always tasty, fried cooled eggs, sometimes boiled. Sometimes boiled vegetables or sausages. Bread. 3 types of the cheapest sausage, cheese. Juice from tetrapacks, which should be poured into disposable cups. Disposable spoons are also present. Cottage cheese, Sour cream, some dried fruits, flakes, olives (I don't know where they got them - they look very tired) and seasonal fruits. Oh, I forgot about the yogurt. That's almost the whole diet. We can hold out for 1-2 days. But how do I get 2 weeks? I don't know.

Among the disadvantages; for 52,000 tenge we took a room with a double bed for two nights, the mattress is larger than the bed (hanging down at the edges) the bed is assembled from two small beds. the carpet has been in need of dry cleaning for a long time, screws are sticking out of the bed, the air conditioner has generally fallen apart and is about to fall on its head. The room is cold, there is an additional heater, the light bulb in the shower has burned out and no one cares. And if a person rents a room for two people, then there should be two sets of towels at once (the client should not tell you that there are not enough sets).

The TV monitor wasn't working either, apparently there was no antenna. There was a lot of order in the gym, I saw one pair of dumbbells; bicycle ergometers and an ellipsoid worked, but it was not possible to adjust the training mode. Upon check-in, it was found out that an additional 5 percent should be added to the amount indicated in the reservation. There was no warning about this anywhere. However, it should be noted the attentive young people at the reception, polite, calm, ready to help in calling a taxi, to orient along the route. Breakfast is 3 minus, but a delicious omelette, which is prepared by a wonderful lady chef. Coffee - I saw only instant, the menu is meager, a lot of fried sausage.
