Dirty rooms. Inadequate breakfast. Our towel got a bit dirty they said we have to pay fine as the stains won't go. We washed with little water in the basis the stains went
A good, comfortable, comfortable hotel, the staff is kind and adequate. Convenient location of the hotel, separate check-in to the hotel. A delicious, hearty and healthy buffet. Thank you very much. I recommend.
I live here on a business trip. The hotel has seen better days... The center, near the metro, the cleaning is good, the bed is comfortable, quite a decent breakfast, relatively new plumbing, there is a balcony, on the intermediate floor there is a mini business center. That's where the advantages end. Cons - the most disgusting sound insulation of the rooms, the car wash in the yard makes noise until midnight, a broken shower switch (I spoke twice at the reception - no one was crazy), scratched furniture, there is no kettle and refrigerator in the room, irons in ironing boards with burnt soles. Four stars is not even funny, three - and then with a big stretch :(
I do not recommend this hotel if there are alternative options. At best, it's 2 stars, if not less. We were in it on a business trip one day. The staff at the reception is not very interested in guests and interacts "through force", the furniture of the rooms is old and not much monitored, everything is "shabby", but it works. There is breakfast, but the quality is very low and it is easier to go to any place nearby, for the same money you can find much better quality.
The only advantage is the location, everything is fine with the hotel.
Upon arrival (at 5.30 am), there was no one at the reception. The comrade was asleep. The cleaner woke him up, he looks like he's after a party, asked to pay extra for an early check-in and didn't understand a damn thing. I explained to him that everything was paid for, including early check-in. I counted something on the calculator and said that I didn't need to pay anything extra. He gave me a card from the room. I came to the room - complete ruin, everything is covered in snot, carpets are stained with the corpses of previous guests, all sockets are falling off, plaster is falling off the walls, towels have been washed 100,500 times, I don't know why they haven't fallen apart yet.
When I was already going to bed, they started breaking into my room. I thought the guy at the reception had woken up. I open it, and there is a guest with a suitcase and a card from my room. An inadequate friend from the reception decided to put him in my room ... because he forgot that the room was already occupied.
I sent the guest back. They blocked his card, well, mine in the load, obviously.
After 20 minutes, I hear a hoarse scream of a woman behind the wall. I get up... the drain tank in the bathroom decided that he was lonely and needed help. His faucet was screaming....
Quite a miracle - outside the window there is a car wash and service. The only sound is the sound of a sink and a vacuum cleaner 🤦🏻♂️ the window cannot be opened.
The next day... I took a shower, sat down to rest... they call, they say that I poured someone from below... in a very unpleasant tone, they insist that a technician come. To which I replied that he should come tomorrow, when I would not be there... in the end, he came anyway, even though it was too late... he deceived the pallet, left the shit and left.
Going to breakfast was the first thing I saw, as guests from Asia stand and try to find clean plates, picking out specks of dust from those Who take ... no breakfast ... the tables, like the rooms, are all dirty and battered.
The hotel looks like some kind of motel on the road in the middle of nothing, not a hotel.
A normal hotel. Not 4, really....Breakfasts were not always available, even with a small number of people. Very sparse. The staff is helpful and friendly! The rooms were cleaned every day. Special thanks to the maids!
Maybe I'm spoiled. But a 4-star hotel should be a little more equipped. A normal restaurant would be nice, more comfortable beds. But in general it's nice, the staff is friendly, thank you.
It's quite a normal hotel for your money. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite. It looks like a scoop, but in practice it's quite good. The breakfasts are quite normal. A solid four!
A great hotel. I was there last year for the New Year holidays . Everything was fine and not only outdoors but also indoors 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾🇰🇿🇰🇿🇰🇿🇰🇿💋💋💋💋💋🇰🇿💋🇰🇿💋🫶🏿🫶🏿🫶🏿🫶🏿🫶🏿🫶🏿😎😎
A large hotel. The waiters are well-groomed, but the plates are chipped, the tablecloths are stained. The bed creaks, double beds with a single mattress, which ends up in the middle of a hard back. There's a bolt missing, there's a screw driver, there's just hanging on the nozzle, it's all in plain sight, it's not unpleasant. There is no negativity, they keep the brand, but they do not want to invest in neatness.
A good hotel, convenient location, almost in the center. Polite staff. The rooms are clean, everything you need to eat. The breakfasts are quite decent, there is a good selection of dishes and fruits. We liked everything. There are excellent restaurants near the hotel.
We were in the city on business. We chose a hotel that was suitable for the travel budget.
The renovation in the room is deplorable, the breakfasts are deplorable, the staff is not the first to greet. We didn't sleep for 2 nights, the audibility was catastrophic, and every half hour we were startled by the slamming of neighboring doors.
The hotel is not 4 stars as indicated on the website, 3 stars pulls. The rooms have Soviet furniture, the refrigerator in the room did not work on the days of stay, the staff refused to help with the placement of products in alternative rooms or reception
A satisfactory hotel... not clean, not fresh. On a solid 3! But the prices are very reasonable and affordable. The reception staff is adequate, well done, helpful, helpful. But the cleaning is "lame "
It's bad, the photos of the hotel don't correspond to reality.
Dirty stains on the carpet, everything dirty and stained, swollen tabletops. A citizen at the reception with his shirt unbuttoned, guests from unidentified countries rummaging through a meager breakfast. I had to run away in hysterics, creating an overspend for the company.
The feeling that they want to sell the hotel and at the moment they want to earn at least something. Everything is extremely tired, the carpet is dirty, the furniture is old, the wallpaper is coming off, everything in the bathroom is falling apart. There are few outlets and they are inconveniently located. The staff is apparently trying, but not pulling out
The hotel has a good location. I didn't see any more advantages on this. The room was standard. Everything is old, it needs to be completely repaired. The air conditioner was not working. It was quite hot, if you open the balcony, it's very noisy.
The girl who cleans the rooms is sweet and responsive.
The breakfast is disgusting. Rice, omelets-everything is cold and tasteless. I didn't see any coffee. The juice can be poured into a plastic cup. The tables are not cleaned for a long time. In general, of course, you can find something to eat to make it to lunch.
Unfortunately, I didn't like the hotel! The hotel's advertisement looks nice on the website, it shows superior rooms, above the price category. The hotel offers a maximum of 2 stars. There was no tea, coffee, or kettle in the room.
The staff is normal.
I do not recommend it.
Unfortunately, this is not a 4-star hotel. The room is clean, the staff is polite, attentive and responsive - there are no complaints. But the hotel is "tired" - the towels are clean, but old. The breakfast is very modest.
In general, it's not bad, but carpets are something with something, a well-trodden black color.
The furniture is also not the coolest, they walk around in places, but you can live, in principle, there were no special problems.
The location is very convenient. There is a subway nearby. The room was warm. Everything is as described: TV, safe, hygiene products. The room is quite spacious. In the morning, gentle bird songs can be heard outside the window. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. Quietly, calmly. This is despite the fact that the windows faced the road. The breakfasts are very hearty, for every taste. There were vegetarians among us - they also liked the dishes.
I was surprised that there are no bathrobes in the hotel. Even at the hotel where we stopped on the way back home, there were bathrobes. For two people, for some reason they were given one set of towels. They asked for a second set and brought it. But the next day, when changing, they left one towel for two again. As the hotel employee said: the two of us were placed in a single room. That's why we have one set of 🙃😟. In general, everything went fine, we only came to the hotel to spend the night. Therefore, everything else did not bother us at all.
All standard rooms are an indispensable scoop, while the price tags are higher than in other, much more comfortable hotels. More or less comfortable rooms start with semi-suites.
The hotel's signboard still has 4 stars, one of which he lost. I had a Standard Double room with a balcony (double bed) with dirty carpet, broken TV, tired interior and dirty windows. There is absolutely no furniture on the balcony, the floor is dirty. The buffet leaves much to be desired, the choice of products is very meager, the tablecloths on the tables are dirty, the curtains are dirty, the dishes are cleaned for a very long time - it is difficult even to find a clean table to eat.
Without the show-offs that Kazakhs adore. But for its price, compared to others in Almaty, it is very good. And the location is wonderful - the transport accessibility is excellent.
Clean, regularly cleaned, good but monotonous buffet food, good location, near the metro. there is no sound insulation in the rooms, there are black corners in the bathroom, there is no overhead light, only a sconce and a floor lamp, one socket near the table for the whole room, and even that fell out of the wall
I didn't like everything, starting with communication with the staff and ending with meals. The rooms are shabby, there are dirty dishes in the dining room...
there is Parking.
Nice, cozy. It is conveniently located, there is a catering service nearby, and all possible ways to get where you need, there is also a metro nearby. The hotel itself is clean, the reception is polite, they explain everything. In general, I liked it
The hotel is generally not bad in terms of price and quality, if you book a few months in advance. But the main thing is to get into a renovated room. Many rooms still have the old (still Soviet) decoration. Another plus is that breakfast is included in the price. It helped us a lot. A sauna with a swimming pool is acceptable, as well as a fitness center - several simulators.
In general, for your money - a good hotel. And the location is very advantageous.
Plus: location. Within walking distance of the city center. A suite was provided at the price of a standard one.
Cons: somewhat "tired " furniture and plumbing. Monotonous breakfasts. There is no digital television.
A normal hotel, the receptionists are friendly, I will say that the rooms are cozy, but you can live. Cleaning is carried out in a timely manner. Pastel linen is always clean and a towel. I removed one star because it's time to replace the carpet, because it seems dirty.
The hotel is quite tired: the tables are cracked, the carpet is stale. WiFi in the room does not pull me, I had to go down to the lobby to work. I forgot my phone charger, I thought I'd take it to the reception, they only gave me a recharge 🤷♀️ the breakfasts were delicious! Everything is OK here 😃
The hotel, of course, is not 5 stars, there was not even a refrigerator in the room. The rest of the conditions are not bad, the breakfasts are also fine. It is convenient to be in the center and near the metro
Everything is fine, clean enough. Smoking is allowed in the rooms. The buffet, the assortment is not large, delicious. The guys at the reception desk are polite.
There are 4 stars painted on the sign.
In fact, the hotel is tired.
The rooms are large (I lived in a two-room)’and that's cool. But the furniture is old and creaky.Although, they say, some rooms are renovated. I was unlucky.
The maids work well. In the rooms, slippers, towels and disposable sets are changed every day.
Breakfast is a buffet. The range is limited, but this is nonsense. Apparently, there are 2 chefs, and one cooks well, the second is disgusting. I haven't seen gray rice porridge for a long time)
But the most infuriating thing is the little things like torn tablecloths at breakfast (photo below) I understand that room renovation is an expensive event, but you can buy new tablecloths, right?!
In short, a C, if not a two plus.

A normal hotel for little money and close to the airport and metro. The breakfasts are not very large by choice, but the main thing is that they are included in the price)
The room was clean, there weren't many towels, but we had enough.
Beautiful mountain view from the window.
Nice hotel, a bit Soviet-style, but clean, good breakfast, polite staff.
There were no problems, the most important thing is that the bathroom is clean
It's not the first time I've stayed here. But, apparently, for the last time. I have never seen such a boorish attitude towards the hotel guests and myself. We booked the hotel in advance, I have been living here for almost 2 weeks. As a result, I arrived in the evening of the right day, and at the reception they start hysterically looking for my room. As a result, this is a room in the end, very far from the elevator (my back hurts and it's hard for me to walk) and it's very noisy, because not only is there a noisy street downstairs, but also a fan, apparently from their kitchen, the noise of which overlaps the noise of the road. But they promised to move me the next day. Today is the 4th day. I still cannot achieve my relocation. It was about people, now it's about the hotel. The room stock has not been updated since the time of Tsar Pea. But the last time I was here was back in the old days and I didn't think that everything was so sad. A torn pillowcase, a taped hole on the door, sockets that heat themselves and heat the plug, even when charging the phone. Breakfast is a different story. 1 type of porridge, not always tasty, fried cooled eggs, sometimes boiled. Sometimes boiled vegetables or sausages. Bread. 3 types of the cheapest sausage, cheese. Juice from tetrapacks, which should be poured into disposable cups. Disposable spoons are also present. Cottage cheese, Sour cream, some dried fruits, flakes, olives (I don't know where they got them - they look very tired) and seasonal fruits. Oh, I forgot about the yogurt. That's almost the whole diet. We can hold out for 1-2 days. But how do I get 2 weeks? I don't know.
From the advantages of location and price.
Of the minuses, everything else. In general, the building is good, it just needs repair. The rooms are a little run down. There is a small comfort. It reminds of Soviet times. There is a kind of nostalgia in all this.
The hotel is beautiful, the food is good, these are all advantages,
Among the disadvantages; for 52,000 tenge we took a room with a double bed for two nights, the mattress is larger than the bed (hanging down at the edges) the bed is assembled from two small beds. the carpet has been in need of dry cleaning for a long time, screws are sticking out of the bed, the air conditioner has generally fallen apart and is about to fall on its head. The room is cold, there is an additional heater, the light bulb in the shower has burned out and no one cares. And if a person rents a room for two people, then there should be two sets of towels at once (the client should not tell you that there are not enough sets).
The hotel is not 4* at all. A post-Soviet hotel in need of renovation. The staff is helpful. The breakfasts are modest. The room is not poorly cleaned.
The hotel is very simple, minus the smell of either sewage or smoky. But there are advantages, you can check in at a convenient time for us, a cool location, and very tasty breakfasts. The hotel is cheap, which is also a plus, of course. There is cooking nearby, a lot of delicious food and friendly girls. I'll stop again
I rented rooms twice, 104 and 105. The rooms are old, smoky, the furniture is "tired", the bed creaks, the food is bad, dinner is until 20:00. The sockets are low, the kettle needs to be put on the floor, there are no sockets near the bed to charge the phone. The declared "stardom" and cost does not correspond at all.
An old hotel. The plumbing is old. The repair is old. There is no hot water. Chillers work noisily, that is, they are also old! The carpet is old and stained and dirty. The 24-diagonal TV is also vintage. The toothpaste in the tiny tube was not enough for a pink tooth brushing. There was nothing to wipe the shoes with. Tefal was issued after repeated appeals. There is no heating!
The numbers are weak. The renovation is tired in the rooms.
Service: in different ways. Some of the staff are friendly. Some of them are not happy with the guests at all.
Breakfasts are more or less. There are only no desserts at all and the coffee is soluble
The location is convenient
The room in which he lived is uncomfortable and cold. I was surprised by the lack of a refrigerator. There was a desk, but no chairs or banquettes. The TV monitor wasn't working either, apparently there was no antenna. There was a lot of order in the gym, I saw one pair of dumbbells; bicycle ergometers and an ellipsoid worked, but it was not possible to adjust the training mode. Upon check-in, it was found out that an additional 5 percent should be added to the amount indicated in the reservation. There was no warning about this anywhere. However, it should be noted the attentive young people at the reception, polite, calm, ready to help in calling a taxi, to orient along the route. Breakfast is 3 minus, but a delicious omelette, which is prepared by a wonderful lady chef. Coffee - I saw only instant, the menu is meager, a lot of fried sausage.
Everything is neat, breakfast is included (which is very pleasing, you don't need to think about where to eat in the morning). The staff is very polite, the room is clean
