I came fromKyzylorda for work , Interhouse hostel, 3-storey cottage type with basement , excellent service, everything is clean there , bed, room,kitchen, shower. There is breakfast, and the prices are reasonable without breakfast.Manager Lida (Lyudmila) explains everything in an accessible way. Thank you so much for her help.I needed to work on a laptop, I was provided with a room with sockets, the main thing was silence and safety.,in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is available for accommodation, foreign guests and residents of the city.

A good hostel, very cozy and comfortable.
The staff was pleasant and friendly.
Always a clean room and fresh, clean bed linen.

Great view from the balcony, the breakfasts are always good, quiet, cozy, kind of clean, the staff is responsive, the location is good, but a little far from public transport stops. Relatively inexpensive. You don't always get to the toilet, then one bathroom was repaired, then the second, as a result of the queue. Broken glass, mosquitoes at night, the curtain by my bed in the first race was partially torn off, and in the second race the locker was not locked.

Interhouse Almaty is one of the best hostels for those who appreciate a homely atmosphere, cleanliness and warmth. For reasonable money — excellent value for money. If I return to Almaty, I will stay only here!

Lovely hostel. Unlike many, there is perfect cleanliness, cleaning is carried out every day. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly. The price includes delicious breakfasts. The only inconvenience: one of the bathrooms was under repair, so there was only one shower and toilet on the entire floor. Because of this, we had to wait in line for a long time in the morning and evening.

First, we need to focus on a local approach to the manner of negotiating prices, over the phone it can be one price and in fact another, in three photos! The photo does not always correspond to reality! According to the convenience: firstly, the location, if you do not care about the proximity to the center, then it is very cozy here, both in the Hostel itself in the form of a large house, and in the neighborhood, there is where to walk with children! Everything is fine inside, not quite tired yet, but it's on the way! There is a problem with cold water, it is not enough, it is hard to wash, because boiling water is running, the administrator said that they will put a pump soon, and then the problem will be solved! For me, the most important sleeping place, it's standard here, but the mattresses are just terrible, they are so tired that you lie down as if on a bunch of old springs that live their lives, everything crunches, creaks, slides, the admin just kept silent on my subtle hints, in my opinion this is the most important thing on the way, to get enough sleep! Well, as it is, in principle, according to the standard set of little things that you basically do not pay attention to, baseboards, dark spots in bathrooms,
Well, in general, for 3+, there have been worse places!

06.09. I booked a separate room for 2 nights from September 17 to 19 (i.e. in advance), the reservation was confirmed in whatsapp. Upon arrival, it turned out that we did not have a reservation, we gave it to others who made an advance payment (which we did not ask for). This was not immediately reported. We arrived at 10, left our things in the lobby and went for a walk while the room was being prepared. They called after 12 with the words "other people have reservations for this room, look for another place." No alternatives were offered, and there were no apologies. They silently came and took their things, again, no apologies. I had to urgently look for an apartment, because every day everything is already occupied. Seriously messed up our plans! The organization is at 0.

There are 2 showers and two toilets on each floor. On each floor there is a hall with sofas and sun beds. Wi-Fi. I liked it very much.
