I have mixed feelings about these guys. They seem to be experienced guys, but I was unpleasantly surprised by half of the questions. Namely, their main one, Victor, constantly talks antagonism and tries to convince you that you are a fool, you don't understand anything and you shouldn't ask unnecessary questions.…
The result of the appeal: a lot of wasted money, time and nerves, problems with the box.
I turned the box to a cold one at an ambient temperature below 5 at the expense of extraneous sound. They couldn't tell anything from the sound, they say, only removal and disassembly. To disassemble / assemble, if everything is fine with the oil filters, they said about 550 cu. It's expensive, well, okay. They disassembled the box in front of me, which I liked!!! They didn't find anything obvious, only the filter was sitting loosely inside the box, they trespassed on it. They also told me to change the repair kit. And if you don't change it, they won't give you any guarantees. The one that needs to be replaced, well, since we got into the box))), we counted 1.3 kilobags of work. I'm a jerk, because it's much cheaper to buy a used box. Well, OK, I agree, they promised a guarantee. "Change it." I left my car. They did it for more than a week: the spare parts did not arrive to them in any way, the car was tested, then the box was removed again, they said that the hydraulic pump had been replaced. Every time I called Victor to ask how he was doing, he irritably reproached me for "..." I was bothering him, they would tell me how the car would be ready, but they couldn't tell me in advance when it would be. Cool, I don't need a car at all, I just bought it for beauty, I'll take the tram for now. I'll take a taxi to the country this weekend.…
A week has passed with a rush. After picking up the car from the repair, I feel the box kicks uncomfortably... Victor answered my corresponding question on the phone.: "Your box is working perfectly," etc. They say don't make up nonsense. When I asked what kind of oil was poured into the box, Victor's surprised answer surprised me again.: "Why do you need this information? We've made a car, go for a ride. It's good, it's no worse than they fill it up at the factory!" Great, I think, the service is for my money! But most of all, I was unpleasantly surprised when, with another cold snap, I got the same cold sound that I had originally come to the service station for! Question: what was repaired??? I went back to their place and left the car with them overnight to cool down. There was no sound in the morning, it wasn't cold enough (spring). I was accused of making it up, they say, brainiac! Well, okay, I spit, I'll ride, there's a guarantee! By the way, they gave a very interesting guarantee, as much as 120 thousand mileage, but only for 6 months!!!))) And 6 months did not have time to pass... After driving about 10 thousand after the repair, 1 gear fell off in a box in the middle of the city. Did it match? Of course, I'm going to them: they assumed that there was a defect in the case, they disassembled it, and it was confirmed. Of course, this is not a warranty case!!! They did not change or repair the case, and the warranty is only for replaced parts and related work). We did it really quickly, in about a day and a half, which I really liked! But - 450 units in equivalent. After the repair, there was a terrible jolt when the gas was released in about third gear. I call Victor, and he says, "This is how it should be, ride and adapt."... After a month, yes, it got better, but it also disappeared completely. Later I found out that it was possible to reset the adaptation and not suffer, but apparently they didn't want to. Coincidence or not, after this repair, there was a periodic extraneous knock when starting off. The suspension diagnostics revealed that it was a gimbal. At the cardan profile service station, it turned out that he figured out the joint, and this happens 99% due to the longitudinal impact on it. A coincidence? I got the puzzle right away, because when removing the automatic transmission, the gimbal is removed from the distributor, which I have seen more than once from automatic transmission repairmen. In total, another +70 reference units are equivalent to repairs at a specialized gimbal station, and we were lucky - the gimbal assembled easily.
The result of contacting them:
- the root cause of the treatment at the service station has not been eliminated;
- it is unclear why 1800 units were spent and a lot of time and nerves;
-from frequent climbing into the box, she began to "sweat", presumably the oil seal leaked, unable to withstand frequent removal of the box;
- The automatic transmission began to work worse than before the treatment!
I applied to this service to repair my HYUNDAI SANTAFE, the box was kicked. The gearbox malfunction was quickly identified and promptly fixed, well done. I will recommend it, everything was done professionally and carefully.
Hello. I want to note that communication is normal. I am happy with my work. No fresh water and everything is on the topic. I always respond to requests and strange questions with gracious speech and help. The work was done in a reasonable time. The price is great. I plan to pay for maintenance and further scheduled repairs if necessary. Thanks!
