Great hotel. The location is excellent - the center is on one side, and the sea is visible from the windows on the other. I had a rest at the Inter-Sukhum Hotel in September 2022. The advantage of the hotel is its location. Within walking distance of the sea, the embankment, cafes, shops, market.
The hotel itself is not bad, but needs renovation. There is a swimming pool on site. The rooms are small, there is a refrigerator, a TV. The only negative for me is the lighting in the room. Even after turning on all the lighting fixtures, the room is dark.
Breakfast was included in my accommodation, but if desired, you can choose 3 meals a day. It is possible to pay for meals already at the hotel. The choice of dishes is not great, but I did not stay hungry. Apples are made from fruits. Instant coffee, no milk.
There are coolers with drinking water on each floor.

I visited 2 times out of season in November and early May. The rooms are clean, everything is there, the breakfast is quite decent. A huge advantage of the hotel is its location, two steps and you are on the embankment. The only negative was the last time we lived on the 7th floor, and the elevator only went up to the 6th, further down the stairs, and there was a problem with hot water. Despite the fact that the water heater is in the room, they could not adjust the normal temperature with the mixer. The hot water pressure was very weak
