I have been working in the company as a mechanical engineer for 6 months, during this period of time I can characterize the company by 5+. Firstly, I will say right away that there are two founders in the company and, oddly enough, both founders left a positive impression after the first acquaintance. Secondly, I liked the fact that both founders take part not only in the general management, but also in the labor process itself, and this happens not on the model of "boss-subordinate", but on the model of "manager - employee". I can also note from a huge plus that for me, as an employee, there are certain "buns" on the remote. As for the working conditions for drivers , here, no matter what anyone says, I can say that in my opinion the conditions are better than those of most transport companies of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, there is something to compare with (I worked for 8.5 years in Smolensk at CargoLine as an engineer for the organization of transportation). First of all, this applies to deductions for tires, vehicle damage, road accidents. In reality, in each case, the founder understands in detail and finds out the degree of guilt or innocence of the employee.As for the maintenance and repair of the vehicle in the company, so everything is in perfect order here, without exaggeration. The founders do not work on the principle of "less investment is more benefit". Maintenance is regularly carried out, the replacement of "consumables" for mileage, tires is being recorded.There is its own repair base in Gomel.If it is not possible to perform repairs on the repair, there are no problems to be repaired by the counterparty. In general, I can say that the guys do not save on repairs.
