Very pleasant and friendly employees of the company were waiting for us exactly at the appointed time. there were no hitches, no problems with renting, renting and operating a car. everything was exactly as agreed. all correspondence was conducted in tg, and the answers arrived fairly promptly. The car rental is conveniently located on the ground floor of the Minsk hotel. Employees do not always show up at the workplace with the start of the working day at 9:00, but if you rent a car, they will call you. I rented a Skoda rapid with a mileage of just over 50,000 km and with a tank half full of gasoline. The car is quite fresh. Upon inspection, we found only small chips and a scratched front bumper and the number that was noted in the acceptance certificate. Since the employee arrived late, the registration was completed at 9:40 a.m. after which they left the city. They returned late in the evening, and therefore there were also difficulties with handing over the car, since the employees were no longer there to call them, they recommended leaving the keys and documents for the car at the hotel reception without signing the car delivery certificate. What I did not do, I waited until the morning, I called the central office where they repeated the same thing with a request to leave documents and keys at the hotel reception, first I informed the car rental representatives in writing that I was leaving documents at the hotel reception at their request and only after that I handed over the documents and keys to the hotel reception. During the day, a representative of the car rental company called and said that he took the documents, examined the car, noted that he did not have a tank filled and asked me to come at a convenient time for me during business hours to sign the act and transfer the deposit, the deposit is 1,000 Belarusian rubles. renting a car cost 120 Belarusian rubles and plus refueling burned gasoline for about 50 Belarusian rubles. I came up and signed the act, attached the card, the deposit money was received within 3 days. If it were more convenient to arrange the acceptance of the car, there would be a five.
