I would like to thank Inntourlab travel agency and Vera, my personal manager. We were in Turkey in May. I really enjoyed my vacation. Everything was on the level: the food was great, a variety of entertainment, wonderful sea. The hotel rooms are great too. We did not find any disadvantages. In short, there was no need to leave the hotel. I really liked the opportunity to sign a contract online. You don't have to come to the office. It's great for me, because time is a very valuable resource.
Unfortunately, during our vacation there was an unpleasant situation with the guide in Turkey, we wanted to cancel the tour because of this. Vera was very supportive of us in this situation, trying to help us in every possible way, despite the day off and the distance. I found the right words and set them up positively. The tour was a success!
We will plan our next vacation with them.
