It was necessary to replace the equipment. New, in the package. We just made a mistake with the model when ordering.
They refused. Just "no." They just didn't want to. They said "we can't" and that's it.
The attitude towards customers is not caring.
I will try to avoid them in the future and I advise everyone to do the same.

In my humble opinion, a very good assortment, very. They work fast. Almost everything is in stock. Which is nice, they themselves recommend some points where you can save money. Cables, instruments, equipment for different budgets. The owner himself is a very adequate man. There were attempts to work with other suppliers, but they naturally returned - quality and efficiency prevailed.
