Just never mess with this store. We bought an Epson printer with a CISS, at first we proved the factory defect in the CISS for a long time, we fixed it in half under warranty. Since then, we really suffer more with the printer than we print. Then diapers, then incomprehensible errors, all the codes are not cheap and to pay for them - dancing with tambourines and waiting for 3 days until the payment arrives. Tech support is disgusting, they don't know anything, plus they can't be heard on the phone. And all this despite the fact that the husband understands computers and it is not so easy to get him to spend money and hang noodles about breakdowns.

At the end of February, I had to contact this center with a problem with the Epson printer (one color was missing). So Pavel solved the problem in less than 2 days. And despite the day off, on Sunday, we were able to pick up the printer. And since we are not from Minsk and were passing through there, it was very convenient for us. Besides, upon arrival, the printer was "naughty" again, but even then Pavel came to the rescue. I was able to explain remotely, by phone, how to fix the problem. I bought a chip for an Epson cartridge in this store. After 5 months, the chip was no longer detected by the cartridge. I came to buy a chip at the store (because I needed it very urgently to continue working), they said it could not be purchased on the spot, only through an application in the online store.
I called the online store to submit a request for this product. I was told that they are not selling this product now and in the near future they will switch to another system, they will not sell these chips anymore. In this regard, I asked to replace the non-working product under warranty (12 months). They promised to contact the left application and give an answer within 3 working days.
