Good afternoon, I want to briefly tell you about our wonderful trip from the Infoflot company, from 05/01. 25 to 05/06/2025, on the ship Symphony of the North, we really liked everything, the service on the ship: everyone is very attentive, meals: buffet breakfast, the rest of the meal to choose from in an excellent restaurant , cabin: everything is updated, air conditioning I worked on heating and cooling, new plumbing, excursions to choose from, interesting, I plan a new trip in September, a tour of the Volga was picked up by the company's manager, Daria, everything was very professional, patiently answered all questions, and there were many of them, thank you very much for everything, I would gladly recommend it to everyone, sincerely Krasnova

We bought a trip for our husband and child for 4 years, for half a year, starting with the support of an infoflot consultant, ending with the end of the trip.
We've been looking forward to it and I've been waiting!! My son was especially waiting, and now we were on the train going to St. Petersburg, our boat was found and everything was great from the very beginning, we were kindly accommodated, the cabins were just wow, we had 3 seats like on the train, only they are much wider, softer and more comfortable, it's a pleasure, I want to celebrate the evenings, games, restaurant - there is a menu for everyone, a children's menu for children, there is also a buffet for schoolchildren, the buffet is rich in variety, in the morning we were greeted with champagne and a beautiful view of Lake Ladoga, we were happy to tears (and by the way, we are great travelers and nothing surprises us) and this is just for those who Tired of flying
The entertainment programs are also wow, we were entertained between our points, there is a children's room and master classes for children, the director of the company Igor Valerievich is always kind and answers all questions, everything is great, and even after a while we remember this holiday with warmth!!! I recommend it to everyone!!! Let's go again, it remains to choose a direction.
I forgot to add that we had a vacation from May 19-23 on a cruise in Karelia

Just a godsend for those who want to organize their vacation quickly and comfortably. I came across the site by accident, I was even surprised that there is such a service in Belarus. I didn't even need to go to the office (and I'm not from Minsk), everything was processed and paid online. Special thanks to the specialist Daria, who patiently listened to all my "I don't want" and "I can't" and tried to take into account all my wishes and possibilities as much as possible, advised which cabin location would be the most comfortable, on which ship the conditions and service are better. As a result, I was satisfied with everything, the cruise turned out to be wonderful. Thanks! Now, if I consider the option of a cruise vacation, I know where to turn.
