They gave the wrong password from the Internet, very quickly entered the password on one phone (after that it was not visible), so they had to connect the rest of the devices to it through an access point. They asked for a hair dryer - two days later they literally threw us a hair dryer!but with an English fork. That's what to call it?! There are no normal blankets in the apartment, I had to beg again. We did not see any cleaning as such in 8 days, we promised to come only after our request. And the cherry on the cake-we were asked to move out, they say the landlord is selling it and we will interfere with them. We offered a villa, which is located at a decent distance from the town (no shops, nothing). We refused, citing inconveniences, and replied that customers should come in our absence. It's just an outrage. Thanks for the spoiled mood. The service also needs to be learned.
