The sea is 3 minutes away, the owners are golden! The price is affordable for the season, the rooms are comfortable, clean and cozy Air conditioning there is a kettle a balcony where to sit All shops and cafes are nearby, very tasty food is prepared in the Turkish cafe Cengem, and the most delicious coffee is in the coffee shop on cypress street..a modern, beautiful, cozy place!I liked everything very much!Peace be upon this house and pleasant guests!

We had a rest with my husband, we didn't book in advance, we actually found this place, agreed with the hostess about the payment, and checked in after paying the entire amount in advance. On the day of departure (around 6-7:00 a.m.), there was a knock at our room (we were still asleep, we thought maybe the drunk neighbor had made a mistake with the number), it turned out that the owner had a claim that we owed him money. He comes into the room and shouts, they say, give me the money. My husband naturally tries to get him out of the room and talk, it turned out that the hostess counted incorrectly, and we also remained in debt. We paid the extra money and immediately left. The impression is extremely unpleasant. I advise no one to encounter such barbarians.

Avoid this place. The owners are dishonest people. I booked a room with them. I didn't want to give the whole amount at once, but they started to lure her out with discounts. They assured me that in case of force majeure they would return the money. I trusted them, because last year we already stayed with them, and they seem to be regular customers. But when I really had a force majeure, and I warned them 12 days in advance that we would not come and asked for a refund, they began to excuse themselves. First, what will be returned when other people check in on my dates, when they got my dates, what will be returned before the end of the month, and then they just stopped responding to me. That's the attitude towards regular customers) I thought that there were no more such dishonest people in the field of tourism, but these comrades are simply a disgrace to Abkhazia!
