We had a vacation in August with the children. Very friendly and helpful hotel owners. Everything is within walking distance and for every taste, canteens,shops, the beach was very pleasant. We definitely recommend it.

Our clients advised us to stay at Astamur's, we are very grateful to them! The place is quiet, peaceful, we enjoyed the silence and beautiful views. A very cozy house, everything you need is there, all appliances, microwave, even a washing machine. Astamur is very pleasant and responsive, responds to every, even small request. We really liked it! We returned a week ago from vacation. The mini-hotel is wonderful. There is everything you need for a comfortable family holiday, there is a wonderful kitchen under a canopy. The houses are new with air conditioning and a refrigerator, everything works. I would like to thank the owner of the hotel, Astamur, for his friendly and human attitude. We were in Abkhazia for the first time, but we will definitely return again.

We were in June of this year. It's a great place. Clean cozy houses with air conditioning, a double bed and a sofa, a small refrigerator. There is a large shared kitchen, washing machine, iron on site. 7-8 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace, a dining room, shops and a pharmacy nearby. Astamur is a very responsive person, he will always prompt and help, does everything to make the rest as good as possible.

Excellent cozy and clean houses in a small village. The sea is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace, close to shops and catering. The houses have everything you need, a separate large summer kitchen with tables and a washing machine.

We were in Abkhazia for the first time. The rest took place at
5+.
The houses are new, there is everything you need: a double bed, a sofa can also be laid out for two, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi (also important, because the Russian SIM card does not work there), a shower room, a hairdryer, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a small refrigerator (too small really)))) and dishes (a couple of glasses, a couple of plates and spoons). There is still no kitchen, washing machine (but this issue is being resolved and the owner will tell you everything where you can do everything).
The houses are clean, fresh bed linen, towels, blankets (although they turned out to be too thin for me, I like to sleep under a blanket even in the heat)))).
Despite the very late arrival, the owner met us, even took us to the store so that we could buy something to eat, because we were hungry from the road.
I explained everything in detail about the house. Parking for cars is available right on site.
There is also a barbecue, if desired, you can cook something on it.
The sea is about 3 blocks away. It is possible to walk, the street is illuminated.
On the next street there is a pharmacy, grocery stores, a canteen, and there is also a cafe.
A quiet, peaceful place, without noisy parties and discos. Everything is very emotional.

I stayed at this hotel 3 times. Comfortable houses. There is a 2-bedroom bed, a sofa. It is very convenient for a family of 4 people. Air conditioning, shower, toilet, you, Wi-Fi. It's really 10 minutes to waddle to the sea.
We took a specially separate house with my wife so as not to listen to crying children and drunken newlyweds at night, the choice was justified!
Astamur is a very caring host.

He will always ask what is needed, he is always ready to respond to messages at any time, but we did not need to, I contacted him twice, both times with a request to bring his homemade cognac and chacha, because the quality is really excellent, and it is unlikely that the host will poison his guests ...
Now a few wishes.
There is really not enough light in the bathroom above the mirror, I shaved with a phone flashlight, my wife also put on a marathon.
And probably there is not enough illuminated mirror somewhere in the room, because if one is sitting on a pot (for example) or washing under a hot shower, then the second one will hardly be able to paint his eyes there or ...Not only.
As I have already read in the reviews, it would be great, in addition to the kettle and refrigerator, to place a microwave somewhere else.
The Internet is generally normal, but without excessive requirements.
Many people talk about blackouts in Abkhazia, so here it is a momentary phenomenon and mostly in the morning.
I do not see any obstacles to give 5 stars, because the quality greatly outweighs the wishes.
