We had a rest at the end of October at the Holiday International Hotel in Sharjah. It was our first time in the UAE and we would like to express our gratitude to the manager of our hotel, Svetlana! She suggested which excursions are better to take and generally suggested where you can go in Sharjah- how to get to the shops and some better and cheaper shops. As for the excursions themselves - a complete delight! Everything that was stated in the description, it was just like that! Without delay, the guides are Russian-speaking, the water is free as much as you want, the dinners are delicious! We took a sightseeing tour to Dubai with a boat trip along Dubai Marina, Oman (Indian Ocean) and a Safari in the desert! I recommend it to everyone!!!!

A bus arrived with a driver who does not speak Russian from the word at all... As a result, at the fair we got lost in the parking lot, because it was not clear where the gathering place was, we had to take a taxi to the hotel. The next day, they presented their demands to Evgenia for the organization of the tour, they heard rudeness and negativity in their address.... If the tour had been organized with a Russian-speaking guide, this would not have happened.. During the tour, drinking water is not provided, no information is provided, disgusting work in general ... I would like to warn all tourists who use this company about their disgusting work.. It makes no sense to spend your money, and in return get rudeness and a spoiled mood....

As we were promised, there will be an information trip with stops at significant places in each esirat! There was nothing like that, but there was a regular transfer to the weekend hotel in Dibba! During the trip, no water or toilet visits were offered in the tubbed minivan! The driver - guide was not only forty minutes late, but also did not want to apologize for being late. Under the noise of the car, without a headset with a microphone, he tried to tell something hoping for our admiration from what he "heard"! Lunch for $ 90, even off the coast of the Indian Ocean is not worth it! The price of such an excursion is $ 30 maximum! Moreover, this is a complete repetition of the "Sea cruise in Dibba" excursion. But if in the latter you are taken from the port to the place of rest on a two-deck boat with music, snacks, entertainment and a charming guide. Then here, in the desert with an incomprehensible "professional". The way back is also worth a separate comment… We were given a pick-up time, but on the spot we were divided into two groups. And each returned in different cars and at different times! As a result, we waited for the driver until he finished smoking his hookah and the second group! And the question arises, for what $ 180 was paid for two??? Was crossed out, I repeat, a day from vacation was crossed out !!! My wife and I have been vacationing abroad for decades, but this is the first time we see such an outrage!!!
