I want to leave a review on an insurance case that happened to me after the New Year holidays. There was a cold water leak in the kitchen at the point where the washing machine hose cut into the main pipe. The neighbors found a leak and, together with the chairman and the plumber, came to me. The laminate got wet in my kitchen and swelled up two weeks later. I immediately called the settlement service and they explained my further actions to me. There were certificates of flooding and defective certificates of my apartment and neighbors. I quickly processed everything and received a payment to the card within a week. Thank you so much. I had a very unpleasant story this year. I was attacked by scammers and lost the funds that were in my Savings Bank account. Before this event, when I was offered insurance, I was not very eager to take out insurance. However, the bank's employees said that given my age (69 years old), it might make sense not to give up this opportunity. I agreed. After the "insured event", in which, undoubtedly, my guilt could be seen - the loss of vigilance, I doubted how the insurance company IMCLIVA INSURANCE would interpret what had happened.
