I had my manicure done by Olga's master. I was pleasantly impressed by the visit. The manicure was done quickly, cleanly and, most importantly, beautifully, all wishes were taken into account.
I also had an eyebrow correction, the job was done well. The master is a very friendly and pleasant girl.
I really liked the atmosphere in the studio. I would also like to mention the work of the administrator, namely the attentive and friendly attitude towards customers.

I give 5 stars to the salon, the administration and personally to Anastasia's manicure master for the excellent work. The day before, I broke my nail, I urgently needed to remove the old coating, so my finger began to swell. I contacted the nearest salon
and the receptionist went to meet me, and Anastasia urgently provided me with assistance. Thank you so much! The next day, I went back to Anastasia for a full manicure. Everything was done professionally, neatly, and the time flew by over coffee and conversation. I confidently recommend Anastasia to anyone who appreciates quality, aesthetics and warm attitude! The best manicure of my life! I've done it with three different masters and I'm thrilled with each one! I went to this salon because it is the closest to home. I came there in a good mood, but unfortunately it deteriorated. I did a pedicure with a long-term coating, the procedure lasted only 30 minutes, including heel treatment. I was cut on four fingers with a milling cutter, and the skin was cut off with a new file. I was at Master Arina's. It seemed that she wanted to complete the process faster and go home, although I came at their request at 19:00 instead of the scheduled time at 19:30. I do not recommend this place.

The interior is pleasant. It is convenient for residents of MM. But the quality of manicure services leaves much to be desired. I've only applied twice. Once during processing, the master sawed the finger pad with a new file. The second time it was necessary to remove the gel polish. As a result, the master sawed off both the gel, and the base, and half of the nail plate. I understand that the masters are young, and they learn from mistakes (therefore I put 4 stars, not less), but I will not go there for a manicure anymore. Although it's a pity, I live in this house, it would be terribly convenient.

I've been going to this studio for about 2 years now. Services are always performed quickly and efficiently (I do manicures, pedicures and eyelashes). I visited several masters, I was very satisfied with all of them. Yes, it happened that I applied for a guarantee for minor manicure fixes, but this is only once or twice, maybe it was my fault. But all the same, the girls accepted me. I also really like the location of the salon, direct transport is 100 and from the center and you can get there quickly by MM. Very calm and beautiful interior) in general, I chose this salon and did not regret it. Thank you, Girls, I highly recommend it!

I did eyelashes and a manicure with a coating. There are no questions about the build-up. But the manicure and long-term coating leaves much to be desired. The master does everything on time and not on quality. It was not done neatly, the nails were all in different bumps, not smooth, and the coating came off on the second day from some nails, one nail was increased, but not so neatly, thick, not sawed off, just moved away from my nail, I tried to save as best I could. I contacted the studio with a request to resolve the situation. They refused to return the money for the service, they didn't even offer me half of it. They offered to redo it at a convenient time, when I failed at that time, they told me that if I did not come, I would have to do my manicure again and pay for it, I said that I would not pay for something. If that's how the job was done, then let them redo it. And when I wrote to redo when I could drive up, they just ignored me!

For me, the location is convenient, it is convenient to look for free windows, it is not a problem to sign up. But the quality leaves much to be desired. I visited 3 masters, after all there are detachments after 10-14 days. I thought it was my nails and hormones, but I changed the place and everything is fine. Kristina does it faster than anyone else, but alignment suffers, and she was always distracted by the phone when I was there, which was unpleasant. Arina does a great job with architecture, but more than once she cut me with a nail file, a finger pad, or a milling cutter. Also, after each manicure in this salon, there are strips of cuts on the nail, I hope my plate will recover.
In general, the place is not the worst, but also not the best, suitable for those who have strong nails and do not curl.
P.S. Only after 5 visits I accidentally found out that they have a client card, the administrators hid it) put down a couple of past visits to me, but then I calculated that these were not all, the sediment remained.
