A great salon where all the masters do manicures and pedicures very carefully. Prices are above average, high quality materials (varnishes, creams). Disposable consumables. All the masters take photos of the nails after the procedure to report to the head, which indicates high quality control. The administrators also helped me with the recording at the peak of my busy schedule. Thank you

"Excellent service." I made an appointment in advance for 8.30. I arrived at the specified time, no one is meeting in the salon, there is no one at the reception. I waited 15 minutes. No one came or even called. As a result, without a manicure, but with wasted time. I don't understand why you should specify slots if you don't actually work in them.

For two months since the end of December, I tried to make an appointment with a podologist. First they wrote it down on the waiting list, silence. I came again to find out, the boorish receptionist told me that they did not call on the waiting list and the windows of the wizard could only be viewed through Instagram, when I replied that I did not use it, with bulging eyes she said, well, then try to call, by the way, it is also not always possible to do. A couple of months later, at the end of March, I got into the window to the master, and it was not the competence of the administrator that struck me, when I made an appointment with the podologist, I asked if the coverage would be long-term. Of course, I understand that a podologist can do the coating, but it's not just that I sign up for such a master, so I can't do the coating. A second studio has already been opened, and the recording was transferred to it by phone during the day. The studio is beautiful, probably only for this reason 3 stars, but there is no service for such a price tag for Yerevan at all. I came a little earlier (apparently it was my fault)))), coffee, tea, and corny water are not offered to customers, but the administrator and the masters apparently really like to make coffee for themselves. The master came out after me, conducted me. It's nice that all the consumables are one-time and a good laboratory for tool processing, but this did not add skills to the master, unfortunately. The master damaged an absolutely healthy nail by sawing it hard at the point of growth and it just came off after 2-3 weeks. At the end of the procedure, I signed up immediately a month later, but the day before the appointment, of course, I canceled it, because the master is not competent and you definitely cannot trust her with your legs. They didn't even ask for feedback on the phone. It's a shame for business owners that they don't work with staff on the service, although there is clearly a lot of money invested

Very quickly, carefully and as I wanted, master Sarah made me) I looked at the studio's work on Instagram, chose the nails that I liked working with, and asked to enroll me to this master. Removal with reinforcement, gel-varnish coating, a soft square was made in just 1.5 hours, 13,000 drams. We also tried 4-5 varnishes, so far I liked the right shade of black)

I did a manicure in the salon, as in all salons, it all depends on which master you get to (if you don't know in advance)
My master turned out to have a large number of training and certificates, but far from being a professional. 4 fingers were cut as a result of the manicure!! (One of which is cut twice)
The cost of a manicure was slightly higher than the average for Yerevan, but it was not particularly bothering, because the manicure was needed urgently.

I signed up strongly in advance, at a convenient time to the right master through an online service, but 3 days before the scheduled procedure, they just write to me that I need a 50% prepayment, and if I do not bring it to the salon, then the record is canceled, since I do not have the opportunity to bring an advance payment on weekdays, the record had to be canceled. For the first time I came across such strange rules, these rules are also not listed anywhere.

The materials and repairs are very cool compared to the rest of the market, but the price is also higher than the market average.
The service leaves much to be desired. The admin did not offer coffee/tea, there were no questions on her part at all.
