I'm surprised how much you can not cook Asian food in an Asian restaurant!!! Rice is undercooked every time - well, it happens, but how could you not cook the funchosa? You don't need to cook it at all, just pour boiling water over it and wait! The broccoli from the same wok was disgustingly bitter, as was the cabbage. In general, 3 out of 3 brought garbage, I won't order any more.
