This is taking into account changing clothes, waiting for your turn, giving instructions, etc.
If you think that you will be lifted to a height and you will soar there, you are deeply mistaken. Instructors lift clients into the air purely at their discretion. They only guarantee you that you will flounder in the air at the height of the instructor's belt.)) And okay, when they don't lift up those who don't understand commands or are afraid (of children, for example), but my girlfriend remembered everything and did it right - she was not raised to a height. Because they have the right not to raise it, it's written in their rules.)
In short, think carefully about whether it's worth your money. Imho, it's not worth it.
