Great apartment! The location, the staff, everything is great! But keep in mind that the area was measured with a corridor from the elevator, apparently :))) Expect a much more modest square footage :)
A gorgeous hotel and its location! In the heart of the world financial center, next to the skyscrapers. In the same building with a shopping center with world brands and a supermarket on the ground floor . Special thanks for the fact that we had no problems and no extra charge to change the room to a specific one, although we asked for it 2 days later.
There was a strange night shift at the entrance. I didn't understand what kind of cheating they wanted to arrange. But instead of paying for three rooms, they tried to withdraw money for four. I really didn't like that when the room cost was 4100, 5700 was withdrawn from the card in three days. What for? They said a deposit. Then they issued a refund at check-out. Until the money arrived. Will they come?
Very sluggish staff in general at the reception. Ordering a taxi is generally a terrible problem for them. Very few people speak English reasonably.
It is well located, but taxi drivers do not know it and take it to the shopping center of the same name. You have to go through it all the time
The breakfasts are delicious, but monotonous. It was two years ago - nothing has changed. Even the dishes are in the same place.
The rooms are comfortable, but the air conditioner blows directly on the bed.
So if all this does not bother you, then the hotel is good!
