The IELTS department is on the 7th floor of the building. The staff is really nice and helpful. There were no technical issues during the test. The Speaking part was in online conference like zoom coonference or something which was a surprise, but the connection was really good, so it was quite comfortable. I also liked that there is a place with locks for your belongings and free tea and snacks in the waiting room.

Great place, I will definitely recommend it to my friends who will take IELTS. The process was as comfortable as possible, the staff is very friendly, which is important for anxious people like me.

This place is amazing! Modern equipment, free water/tea, nice room to take the speaking part in, it was very well organised. The ladies who organised the exam and assisted me were amazing, and Alexander was very professional during the speaking part. Thank you guys for this amazing experience, thanks to you it wasn’t stressful at all!
