I purchased an Xtool X100 PRO2 from these guys. Complete package with official documents + warranty. Support is always in touch, will tell you everything you are interested in. I flashed a new key into the immobilizer, easily counted the PIN on the Chevrolet Sonic 2012. After some time, I discovered that the cable that was included in the package does not allow connecting to the adapters that are included. We found out with support that they probably put the wrong cable in production by mistake. iDiag offered to compensate for this shortfall at its own expense and sent the necessary cable. Thank you! I will definitely contact you again

I bought an OP-COM with the 2018 program and after 2022 everything works fine, there were problems with activation, those.the support is at the highest level, they helped me figure it out, everything is clear and to the point, well done!!
