We visited Brest during the May holidays. We stayed at the Idea Studio Hotel. Only positive reviews. We had a comfortable 3-bed room. The room has a shower, toilet, refrigerator, kettle. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The TV wasn't working, but there was basically no time to watch. There is a great cafe in the same building. Near the market, Alma supermarket. Wonderful city, hospitable residents and hotel staff. There is a temple nearby. Public transport is excellent. Convenient location of the hotel, near the center and Brest fortress.We will definitely come back here again. Thank you to Belarus for the hospitality!

Nice budget hotel with a fresh renovation, air-conditioned rooms, sockets above each bed(+). The service is at a good level, there were no questions. There is a good tavern in the basement-I liked it.

Great guest, I liked it! The store is close, the room is clean and tidy! The room has almost everything, dishes, appliances, a kettle and even an electric stove! Wi-Fi, a TV with the Internet, loads for a long time and persistently, but if you suffer for a long time, something will work out! I recommend it!

That was great! We stayed in this wonderful place. The room is like a full-fledged studio apartment! With all the necessary conditions for life. Even a kitchenette with a sink! And the staff is just a traveler's dream. Special respect to the director!!! He met us personally. It was the first time in my life. The director of the Idea Studio himself.

I ordered a Family Standard room with my family. I chose based on the information on the website and on Instagram. It turned out that the information in the insta and on the website is not true, they are not maintained. The 5% discount promised on Instagram turned out to be irrelevant. The administrators haven't heard about it (because insta was abandoned). In general, it is unpleasant that the information on the Internet turned out to be incorrect.
But I give it my due - they consulted me on the phone and warned me about problems with the site. So thanks to them, everything was fine with the armor. I booked a room by phone.
I rate the Family Standard room itself simply as normal. There is a minimum of everything you need. Visually, everything is fine. But there were minor repair problems: the faucet in the bathroom was tight, the threshold was slightly torn at the entrance, the bathroom door did not open very well from the inside. Otherwise, everything is fine. The receptionist was very polite, courteous, friendly and professional. Thank her very much.
In general, I like the hotel staff, 4 points for the room itself and the normal conditions. But everything is overshadowed by the outdated instagram site.

An excellent hotel with an adequate price. A cozy, warm room (lived in a double studio), has everything you need to live comfortably for a few days. There are several shops within walking distance, including the big Almi.
Of the minuses, the shower hose was leaking in our room and the water was slowly draining, and they also did not take out the trash / did not check for toilet paper (but it is worth noting that we lived for only 2 days and it did not cause any inconvenience).
Definitely, we will come back 🙂

Two-person service. There is not a single Russian channel on TV, everything is in Belarusian, we came with a family with a small child, there is nothing to watch at all...

The cafe is not big and the repair is tired, BUT the food is above all praise, very, very tasty cooked and served quite quickly! My advice to the owners of this cafe is to buy the same dishes, make cosmetic repairs (there is not much needed) and most importantly, take care of your wonderful cook, this woman with golden hands!!!

We did a wake for the uncle, everything is clean, neat, cozy. Everything was cooked on time, beautifully served, the plates were cleaned in a timely manner. I won't say how perfectly cooked it is, not a gourmet, but I liked everything, everything is fresh.

After visiting this hotel, I was satisfied, there are different rooms for different purposes. You can rent rooms for overnight stays, they will not be large but with all the necessary amenities. There are more interesting and larger rooms, I advise you to take larger ones if you are going to stay for more than a day. The rooms have everything you need, including dishes and a kitchenette. The food in the hotel restaurant is good. Clean, cozy, tidy

The travel agency booked us a family room here. I had the worst room only a few years ago on the outskirts of Riga in a Soviet hotel, where the springs were sticking out of the mattress.
I travel often, I know how a comfortable room should look, especially in a 3-star hotel.
But back to the room in this hotel.
The room was cleaned for the last time, because when they were looking for an outlet in a room with a bunk bed, they found socks and garbage behind the bed itself. There is only one outlet in this room, which is located behind the bedside table in a hard-to-reach place. And most likely it should be used for the lamp that stood on the bedside table, but not for charging a smartphone.
The bunk bed is a separate story. It is full-sized, and that's where its advantages end. She herself is very shaky, creaking. You can still sleep on the lower tier, but I was afraid to sleep on the upper one. When I climbed in, there was a feeling that one more movement of mine and I would find myself on the sleeper from below.
The window in the room would not close, I had to prop it up with a pillow from the couch.
The first room, where there were 2 separate beds, which by the way also creaked a lot from every movement. The advantages of this room: a lot of sockets (about 4-5), a kettle with glasses, a thin TV hung on a bracket on the wall (although we used it as a mirror, because this particular object, important for every woman, was not in the room), a small refrigerator, but it was enough for us. The cold was normal.
Bathroom: the shower cabin has lived its life, the handles are broken off, the shelf for shower accessories is rusty. Instead of the usual set of gel, shampoo and toothbrush with paste for all frequent travelers, there was only a shampoo in the form of a sachet and a small jar of liquid soap, namely soap that dries the skin, not shower gel. There was a hair dryer, but it worked very poorly. The toothbrush cup is very dirty and stained. When you wash in the shower, the water finds holes somewhere and flows out. The toilet stinks of old unwashed. In addition, the presence of an air freshener, which must be in the hotel, was not noticed.
There is only one mirror, and that is small and hangs in the bathroom. While one is washing, the other can't put on makeup.
There were no disposable slippers familiar to everyone either.
To connect wi-fi, you need to enter your phone number. No one at the reception gave him a password.
In short, it is possible to spend one night in principle, but I would not live there.
There are a lot of 3 stars for this hotel, there is one with a stretch.

Nice, very polite and helpful staff. The location is also good. The room came across normal, with a sofa and a large bed, there is hot water. Quiet courtyard, the view from the window is so-so. A normal cafe downstairs, delicious and really not expensive. There is a hyper nearby.

Well, there's only one star here - the girl at the reception. She works very quickly, clearly, is sweet and responsive. The room is dirty, very dirty! I turned on the table lamp and went to wash my hands, it turned out to be sticky to the touch. And the bathroom! There's a hole in the shower stall, smeared with something. If you step on it, the foot falls through. And dirt is everywhere. The blanket was not tucked in, it was in the closet. Everything is stained and streaked! The bed linen is such a color that the dirt is not visible, and that's good) For breakfast they gave 2 fried eggs, a slice of tomato and cucumber, 2 sausages and a sandwich with cheese.

We stayed during a two-day bus tour, the guide warned that there would be a stove and a kettle in the room. Characteristically, she did not deceive, and so it was. Only the electric stove is portable with rusty discs, and the kettle communicated personally with triceratops, no other way. The toilet tank was broken, the reception shrugged, they say, we know, they will fix it on Monday (we stopped by on Saturday), so far somehow. I had to apply the accumulated plumbing experience, repair it myself. On the third floor, the windows are small, there is a grid only on one of the two, but if you open it, on the left side of the bed at night it is better not to get up at all, otherwise you will fit into the frame. Sockets with such a backlash that you fear for their fate. We did not dare to use the shower cabin, we decided that we were not so dirty, although it was +26 and stuffy outside. One of the advantages is a good refrigerator, there are no complaints about it at all. The place is generally quiet, the only source of noise is the cafe downstairs. It is possible that during the school year it is more comfortable - some of the windows overlook the school yard with the stadium.

Nice and clean room, there is a kitchenette with a sink, kettle and tiles, cutlery and several plates. If necessary, you can take the dishes for cooking at the reception. The shower had a hairdryer, soap and lots of clean towels. But I didn't like the fact that the bathroom door didn't close at all, and apparently not only here, because we heard that people from neighboring rooms complained that there were no handles at all. When they wanted to buy 2 pairs of disposable slippers, only 1 was available, they had to take turns wearing them. If you do not take this fact into account, then the overall impression is positive.

There is a kitchen in the room, but it is not relevant for one day. Towels are not the first freshness, water flows badly in the shower stall.

The price-quality ratio.
I liked it: the polite attitude at the reception, and also the girl went to meet me, allowing me to go to the room right away, since the child could no longer tolerate sitting downstairs and waiting. Everything in the room is as stated, no more, no less. Convenient location, close to a transport stop, large shops. The room is bright and cozy.
What I didn't like: early in the morning, at 7.48, the receptionist called with a question, is your room open? Have you moved out? Our room was closed from the inside and we planned to sleep at least until 10 with a child. But... That's how we were woken up and our whole dream was covered before the next trip...
On request, we were given dishes - a pot and a frying pan. They did not dare to use them, although they planned to cook at least breakfast. The pot had a dirty lid, the pan was all scratched, the non-stick coating was just the name. As if someone at home got tired of her and brought her to work.
There was hair on the towels. And, since the towels are white, the black long hair looked very bright and caused few pleasant sensations. The shoe spoon was missing. Usually these hotels have this little thing, but it wasn't here. The room (standard 2-bed room with kitchen) did not have air conditioning, but there were already 3 windows. But!!! Only one can be opened, since there were no mosquito nets on the other 2. Having opened one such window in the evening, we notably picked up mosquitoes before going to bed.
The water did not go out in the shower, when taking a shower, your feet will be in the swamp.
There was no ordinary table knife in the kitchen appliances. Maybe they didn't put it in for security reasons, but it wasn't there.
There is a sea of dust on the sockets, a carpet floor in the sand(((
And it seems that one could close one's eyes to all these shortcomings, but there were too many of them, considering that the rest in the room was with a child. I would like them to try to eliminate these little things.
I will be happy to recommend the hotel to others. And I will definitely stay here again next time.
