Complete disregard for banking standards and confidentiality. I am frankly disappointed with the service at the department [Kentron, Severny Prospekt]. 1. When opening the card, they required a job, although this is a debit card, not a loan. 2. They refused to write a written refusal, they said that the client should write the refusal, and the bank would consider it. 3. They asked me to write down the code word on a piece of paper, despite the fact that there were people behind me — no privacy. 4. Phone number, email and other data — all manually on paper in an open format. 5. Earlier, despite the fact that I am an Armenian citizen, I was refused service, saying that I needed a residence permit (!), and then offered a tariff “for foreigners". The security level is zero. The professionalism of the staff is questionable. Trust in the bank is lost. If you value confidentiality and respect, I strongly do not recommend this branch. I plan to file an official complaint with the Central Bank of Armenia.
