The quality of service and printing is disgusting. You don't give a damn about customers and their wishes, you send one to print, and you get the second with suddenly disappeared elements, completely different colors in achromatic materials (it would seem). And if they are colored, they are completely different colors (from light beige to purple in my personal experience). People don't seem to see what they're typing, and if there's a problem with the file, why not call or write? Then what is the client's phone number for?
