They didn't call at the promised time and were only able to provide an answer after my 2nd call. According to them, there is a malfunction in the control unit, the repair cost is 45,000, not counting the filter. Disagreeing with their expert opinion, I took the vacuum cleaner and gave it to the Aura service. As expected, the malfunction in the cable break and the cleaning of the vacuum cleaner with the replacement of the filter cost 17,000 tenge
Misleading information. During a telephone conversation with a specialist, he clarified the type of necessary repairs and received confirmation of this. We offered 2 options for delivering the equipment for repair: to bring it yourself or send it via courier. Even when visiting the center, it turned out that they were carrying out such repairs. I've wasted my time.

First, the MFP came to some master Renate, who kept my MFP for 5 days, then they gave it to some Maxim, who also holds it for another 6 days. I call the Call Center every day, but no one calls back, everyone is silent. As I understand it, no one is responsible.… Previously, there were good craftsmen who did everything quickly and efficiently. Where is the management looking?
