A brazen, unceremonious deception. I passed the TV for diagnostics on 11/20/24. The LG 42LB637V TV (2014) does not load. it hangs on the logo. They made a diagnosis, called and told that "there is a processor malfunction, insufficient voltage on the power supply., the processor needs to be soldered and it will cost 58,000 KZT" Said that for this money I can buy a B.U. I decided not to repair and came to pick it up. As a result, the TV was not even opened, because the seal on the TV was not damaged. I waited for the return of the product for another 2 weeks, and still had to pick it up on my own. operators, except for the phrase: "our managers will call you back" or "expect", do not know how to say anything. if possible, go around, save your nerves.
