The hotel is only ⭐️⭐️, but I would put all 4*, there is something to compare it with, I lived in an Ibis in Budapest. Very clean, cozy, the staff is very polite and helpful! There is a bar with access to the patio, parking, buffet breakfasts are excellent! The metro is a 6-10 minute walk away, very convenient location- connection to all city locations! Internet access throughout the complex is excellent. I highly recommend it! If I go again, it's only here!

This hotel is a great place to relax after an active tour of Munich and Bavaria!
In the morning, from 6:00 to 10:00, you can have a hearty breakfast at the hotel for 12 euros per person (buffet).
Friendly and friendly staff.Quiet, clean. Comfortable mattresses. Free WiFi. Underground parking at the hotel is 12 euros per day. It is located on the border of the ecological zone for motorists.
You may be scared by some distance from the very center of the city, but in fact this is not the case: a 5-7-minute walk from the metro station "Silberhornstrasse" ("Silberhornstraße") from which you can reach the "Central Station" ("Hauptbahnhof") and the "East Station" ("Ostbahnhof") in 5 minutes for self-guided tours of the ancient castles of Bavaria and Austria, or the metro stations "Sendlinger Tor" and "Marienplatz", from where you can start walking routes through the center of Munich for sightseeing or shopping.
Silberhornstrasse metro station is also a 10-minute drive from Neuperlach Zentrum station, where there is a large shopping center with shops for every taste and budget: from the super-budget PRIMARK to the pompous Gerry Weber.
The price of a one-time trip within the inner zone = 2.90 euros.
For an unlimited number of trips around the city and the surrounding area by a group (up to 5 people) during the day = 16.10 euros (Gruppen-Tageskarte 1 Tag Munich xxl).
For an unlimited number of trips in Bavaria and to some cities of Austria in a group (up to 5 people) during the day = 25 euros for the first person + 7 euros for each additional person (BAYERN-TICKET).
Group daily ticket 1 Tag Munich xxl may be valid:
- by S-Bahn trains:
- on the U-Bahn subway;
- on city (municipal) trams and buses.
The Bavarian ticket may be valid:
- on all regional trains (in 2nd class). These trains are marked RE or RB (Regional Express or Regional Ban);
- by S-Bahn trains:
- on the U-Bahn subway;
- by city tram; by buses plying the territory of Bavaria and to some neighboring regions.
