A stylish youth hotel. I really liked the design! Good location: there are many bars and cafes nearby, an exchange office with a favorable rate, a large supermarket is 8 minutes away. The room had a view of the courtyard and the mountain with sights, the room was quiet: I slept with the window open, towels were changed every day. Wifi was working fast! I liked the mirror opposite the bed :) The breakfast is hearty. Upon arrival, I was waiting for a small compliment in the form of nuts and dried fruits with cookies. The staff is friendly, they helped with everything. You can play table tennis in the lobby. I recommend it!
An honest review about the Ibis Hotel
We travel quite a lot and have stayed in a wide variety of hotels, so we are ready to objectively evaluate the pros and cons of Ibis.
Positive:
✔ Convenient location – the hotel is located in a good area, close to shops, restaurants and exchange offices, which makes the stay comfortable.
✔ Stylish lobby – modern, pleasant design that creates a good first impression (free boiling water/coffee for an additional fee).
✔ Cleanliness – in general, it is quite clean, although there are nuances (there are stains on the carpets in the room of questionable origin).
Minuses:
Internet – in the lobby (where the guest area is), Wi-Fi is actually not working, which is quite inconvenient. The Internet works better in the rooms, but judging by the reviews, this problem has existed for a long time and the administration does not solve it. Be prepared to distribute internet from your phone. For work calls via zoom, the connection is not stable.
Room size – standard rooms are very small, with almost no space for convenient storage.
Lack of amenities – no closet, no refrigerator, which may be critical for some.
✖ Sleep quality – the mattresses are hard, and the pillows are obviously worn out and need to be replaced for a long time.
Also, in the evenings and at night, downstairs in the lobby, guests and their local friends (not hotel guests) drink alcohol and behave noisily, which makes it impossible to sleep. The hotel staff ignores the situation, and the security guard who usually patrols the lobby disappears without a trace at such moments. 🤷♀️
As a result, we can say the following: Ibis is a typical budget option with a good location, but without much comfort. If convenience, space, and quality sleep are important to you, it's better to consider alternative options. However, if the main thing is location and reasonable price, then the hotel is quite suitable for a couple of nights.
Everything is arranged. The location of the hotel is convenient, although the room turned out to be not at all large, but we were quite well accommodated)) I was pleased with the silence, you can sleep well)) the sound insulation is good. Breakfast was modest, but there was enough to eat in the morning. Red wine is present at breakfast. When the hotel is busy, the staff does not always cope with breakfast, there are no dishes, appliances, tables are not cleaned, food is not replenished. In general, it's not bad. Thank you to the hotel.
A decent place for budget accommodation. Very good location, close to the center and many sights of Tbilisi.
The rooms are certainly cramped, but the design is pleasant, clean and tidy. For those who like to hang out at the hotel, this option is unlikely to work, but for those who come only to swim and sleep very much. 😉
The hotel is very well located, there are many bars and restaurants nearby, there is little room in the room, even luggage can hardly be accommodated, but if you just come to sleep, then it's really nothing. The room is very clean. The beds are comfortable, air conditioning, a good bathroom, Wi-Fi is normal, there is a large lobby with tables where you can work on a laptop and just sit with a pot of tea.
A great hotel. Location the very center‼️ Walking distance to the center, to all the sights. The rooms are ECONOMY and everything is very clean and comfortable
Nice budget hotel, right in the center.
The staff speaks English and a couple of people understand Russian. There is no bias. Quick check-in.
There is no hair dryer in the room, but they give it to the reception if you ask. There is no refrigerator, kettle and dishes too :)
There is water in the cooler in the hallway (there is hot), I was with my glass and calmly drank tea in the room. Shampoo and shower gel are available)
Everything is clean and fresh.
Yes, the room is small, I was alone and I had enough. It's going to be a little cramped together, but if you just spend the night, it's fine.
Near Rustaveli Avenue, there are many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores.
The budget Ibis hotel of the accor chain, the club price without the right to cancel is the lowest. It is located on a cozy street with cafes and bars, from the main street, where the parliament is close enough, 15min brisk walk to the national museums and the opera. There are tables and chairs in the small courtyard with graffiti. The room has a comfortable bed, climate control. There is no refrigerator or kettle. Hair dryer on request. Change of bed linen on request with a special marker, which is placed on the bed. The reception robot is available around the clock and helps with many issues. They speak English and Russian. The eye-catching view of the lobby and the ibis logo will be found even at night, as we did. Yandex taxi works in Georgia, finds this geo point.
A very cozy hotel. With a great location. The rooms are tiny. But everything you need is there. The staff at the reception communicate perfectly in English. The cleaning is good
A chain hotel, polite, clean, pleasant. The geographical location is excellent, Rustaveli metro station is a three-minute walk away. If desired, you can walk to Freedom Square. Price/quality ratio👍
There are a lot of young people, but at the same time peace and order!
The rooms are small, but if you spend only the night there, it is comfortable.
A modern and cozy hotel in the city center. A few notes: there is no closet in the room, no work area (but all this was clear before arrival, according to the photo). There is also an extra bed in the room - the bed is unfolded from the "closet"
Clean and relatively inexpensive. They didn't take breakfast, I can't appreciate it. I liked that in the evening there is an opportunity to sit with friends in the lobby of the 1st floor, play board games. games. There is table tennis, tea, coffee.
A big plus is the location, only for this 4, everything else is so-so, the breakfasts are disgusting, they just give you wine, and then if you have time, the rooms are very small, but it's not scary, the bed is terrible, it was hard to sleep, the mattress is impossible to sleep, the pillows are the cheapest, cleaning was done, the staff does not speak Russian or pretends not to speak
Great hotel, near the center. The rooms are small, but very cozy. Clean, the mattresses are mega comfortable, but the pillows should be replaced. The breakfasts are modest, the distribution area is small, with full occupancy of the hotel, the staff can't cope, although they try very hard, for me it's better to have breakfast in the nearest cafe. The staff is friendly, always trying to help, there are not always Russian speakers at the reception
The hotel left a double impression of the stay. Of the disadvantages, I will single out pillows for myself - they are very soft, even when you sleep on two pillows. The location is generally quite good, close to public transport stops, near the metro. The breakfasts are decent. There was even wine, khachapuri, and churchkhela for breakfast, but all in modest portions. The staff is generally fine, there were no problems. For some reason, the room was not cleaned normally for 5 days, only once the garbage was taken out, which was on the floor and a blanket was made. I know that the usual ibis is more interesting, so for myself I decided not to stay in budgett anymore.
Everything is bad. It was a shock for me to get into a hotel with such small rooms, there is no room size anywhere in the description. They could not change it because the money is not refunded. Breakfasts are a separate item of this hotel. Then there is no boiling water, then there is no welding. You can't wait for bread for toast either. And to top it all off- when I had already accepted that it would be suitable for an overnight stay, I would have breakfast and started going to a cafe - there were always some noisy gatherings in the courtyard of the hotel until 3-4 o'clock in the morning, so I couldn't get enough sleep. On the plus side, the management was in touch, but there was no sense, not a single issue was resolved, although they apologized and presented. I would like to be honest about the size of the rooms for an objective decision-making for checking into a hotel. The feeling that the reviews are highly inflated.
Great location.
Everything is clean and modern.
There is everything for a shower.
They didn't take breakfast, but it smelled delicious in the morning
The girls at the reception are friendly
+ location. There's a lot of stuff around, three minutes to Rustaveli.
- paper walls. If it's on the first floor, you'll hear everything. Everything at all. Plus the windows are at sidewalk level, the curtains can't be opened.
The room is small, but it's expected, it's an ibis.
In general, for 55 euros per night, you can look for options.
The mattress seemed uncomfortable to me.
I really like Ibis hotels, so I may not be very objective. But the hotel in Tbilisi exceeded all my expectations: very clean, cozy, delicious!
Conveniently located, friendly staff (I came across mostly English-speaking young people).
Yes, the breakfast is monotonous, but very tasty, all the products are fresh and of very good quality. The price-quality ratio is remarkable.
A great, very comfortable hotel!
Close to the center, a great 20-minute walk to Freedom Square.
The best offer for your money)
The rooms are not large, but stylish and functional.
Large area for all occasions in the lobby on the ground floor)
There was a little condensation dripping in the room, but everything is fine. There is a shop and cafes nearby. The city center is just around the corner. It was quite quiet (the room had access to the courtyard). It's perfect to stop for a while.
Standard rooms for 1 person and no more.
No safe, no refrigerator.
During the week of our stay, there was no cleaning (except for the garbage taken out) even once. As the dust lay in the corners of the bathroom during check-in, so it lay afterwards.
Cozy, clean rooms, although small. Friendly staff. Good sound insulation of the rooms. It takes 25 minutes by taxi from the airport at night. A 30-minute walk to the center.
A great hotel for your money, we took discounts through booking, everything is new and clean, the only minus is synthetic pillows and a blanket, but this is probably OK for an economy option)
Good coffee in the lobby, in Tbilisi there is generally a problem with this. The lobby is suitable for meetings, usually quiet. There is also a patio 🔥
He 's a very Badget :-) the room is small, the furniture of the room is purely a necessary minimum. To the old town 40min walk. You can eat only for breakfast, the situation is saved by the restaurant on the counter.
In the parking lot at the hotel, a man walks around and demands money for parking. At the hotel reception, they said that it was free, but it was better to pay him, otherwise you never know..
The interior is stylish, but the rooms are very minimalistic. I was surprised that there was no closet. There is no refrigerator either, but the people from the reception can kindly put something in the refrigerator downstairs.
The reception does not know Russian, they searched for a reservation for 3 hours due to the fact that Natasha is in the reservation, and Natalia is in the passport, and of course they could not search by last name and not waste my time.I do not recommend a negative attitude towards Russians.

I really liked it here.
The hotel is fresh, the interiors are simple, but at the same time everything is thought out. Downstairs there is a large area for work or to sit with friends
The location is great. There is a lot of food, bars and parks nearby
There are beautiful young guys at the reception (all speak English, some speak Russian)
The only advice is to take a room with windows facing the courtyard, then you will sleep with the window open and in silence
The room is small, there is no room for things at all, just a bed and a bathroom. The room is neat and clean. Wi-Fi does not work, there is no Internet. I approached the reception, said that Wi-Fi does not distribute Internet. They promised to reboot, but nothing has changed. When settling in, count only on mobile roaming.
As a place to spend the night, it will do
Minus: during the cleaning of the room, dirty towels were simply taken away, but clean ones were not brought 🤷🏻♀️
