The 18+, 4-star hotel is located on the first line, closer to the end of Varadero, the beach is good, sandy, you can walk along the sea for a long time, there are a lot of sun beds, there was always room, towels are given, but a deposit of $ 60 is taken upon arrival, which is returned at the end of the holiday. There are lifeguards and animators on the beach. There are many bars, by the beach, by the pool, near lobio. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, lots of greenery. We had an improved standard room. The room is not bad, but it is no longer new. There is a refrigerator (empty and buzzing when working), iron, ironing board, 2 bottles of water (refilled on request at the bar or at the maid), plasma, 3 towels + 2 beach towels for two. There is no kettle, coffee maker (although there was one on the site), a safe is free, there are no bathrobes and slippers (there are on the site). They are poorly cleaned, despite the tips left. I had to constantly ask, then add towels, shower gel, then change the linen. For the first 2 days there was no hot water and in a compartment with cool weather, it was not comfortable. But then the water was given, the weather improved. We were warned about the food in the hotel's restaurants, there was not much variety, but there was meat, both stewed and grilled, fruits (papaya, guava) and smoothies made from them. It wasn't good with fish and seafood. Cocktails were prepared at the bar, but unfortunately, there is a lot of sugar in them, it is better to take rum. And, of course, there were always performances, music, and dancing.

The +16 hotel is located penultimate on the branch, excellent, green, comfortable, clean.The rooms are quite spacious, the bathroom is spacious in a modern style) the buildings are 3 storeys high, on the ground floor the rooms do not have fences at the balconies (stylistically).The staff is friendly, cheerful and helpful.The hotel chain belongs to Spain.Food is always available, especially ice cream is quite tasty. The ocean, the beach and the entertainment are incomparable!!! Rum, cocktails and cigars are all on top without fakes. 60% of Canadians and only 10% of Russians definitely need to visit this hotel, you need to compare this percentage!

It's not bad for Cuba... there's always ice cream, sometimes homon. The staff is polite, Rum is available around the clock, there are enough sun beds, the territory is green, there is animation. There are too many Canadian retirees. Wi-Fi was caught in half of the cases. In short, a solid four-plus. The Cubans tried.
Have breakfast on the veranda and feed the cats.. thin people there are not like in Turkey;)
