We have been staying at the hotel since 01/23/2025. There are complaints about food and service! The food is disgusting from the word "absolutely"!!! We were prepared that this was Cuba and we wouldn't have to wait for food chic here, but they surpassed us here too! Not only is the food completely monotonous, but there's actually no choice. which is just disgusting quality!!! The chef's meat dishes are brought out to the hall, but no one is going to give them to you! And the fact that there is a meat-like roast even without oil, burning for the whole dining room, eating this sole is still a pleasure! The only side dishes are pasta and rice!!! On day 7, the cheese and fruit disappeared. For breakfast, only scrambled eggs and lots of cabbage salads. No bread, no pastries!!! Waiters only see Canadians!!! I do not recommend visiting this hotel!!! For the entire period of our stay, on the 8th day, 1 jar of beer was brought to the bar in the room, there is no question of juices, they bring only one 1.5 bottle of water per day. There is toilet paper in the restrooms on a case-by-case basis! In general, not rest, but survival!

A good hotel on a solid 4-ku (for Cuba)

Food,fish, beef is always there, vegetables too, but only without tomatoes
The fruits are seasonal , we got to pineapples and papaya
The beach bar is not bad, the food is very tasty there
Cons -no mojito, no pinot calade
A boy walks along the beach selling cocktails in pineapples (with rum ), I advise you very tasty $ 5
The ocean is a fairy tale, many seagulls, many pelicans
There are excursions on pink flamingos, there is only one trained
You can take a bus to see them yourself in the wild
Rum can be exported in an unlimited number, the guides do not know why they say that only 3 pieces are allowed
Take $11 on the beach
I was on vacation in Cuba for the 6th time
If you want to hang out, then in Varadero, on Kai Coco there is not much where you can go and walk

Great hotel, it was November-December, I liked everything, the kitchen, the drinks, the service, special thanks to the bartender on the beach Roberto is a sincere person, makes great cocktails, the ocean is just a bomb, the weather was super, good excursions, in short I did not want to leave)))
