Great hotel! The status is ***, but for me it's all 5 stars. We spent a couple of days at this hotel with the children and spent the night there. Everything is great. The rooms are clean, beautiful, everything is neat. Towels of 2, a bath cap, a kettle in each room (although there was a non-working kettle in one room, but this fact is not critical for me personally, since we had two rooms combined - there was an inner door between them, we used one kettle), a TV, a small refrigerator. Very cozy and comfortable. There are polite and cultured people at the reception, and in general, the staff was very courteous everywhere. We ate in the restaurant, the service and dishes were also excellent. There is a shared toilet on the 1st floor, i.e. you need to go downstairs from the first floor. It's also clean and beautiful, and you can take pictures in a corner, because it's a very beautiful corner.

Nice hotel. Conveniently located. The first feeling was as if I had entered the GDR during the 70-80 years of the Soviet period. The unusual interior inside the rooms was impressed by Malevich's reproduction. The room has everything you need, a kettle, cups, spoons, tea, coffee, and more. Friendly and courteous staff. We stayed on 05/01/2025, we liked it, I recommend it to everyone. A buffet breakfast is provided.

Overall, it's good. The room is on the 4th floor, the "family" type as far as I understand. Clean, interior and functionally comfortable. The strange design of the shower drain, splashes inevitably all over the bathroom. The bathroom is still a little cramped. There were no insects, which some people write about. The mattress is a little lumpy and too soft, but not critical.
The service is good, attentive reception, tactful cleaning.
The atmosphere is calm, suitable for a business visit: quiet, you can work, spend time online.
I have not visited the restaurant.
It would not be superfluous to have a couple of plates for snacks in the room.
I recommend the hotel to those who are not very picky.

New Year's Eve corporate party. A nice clean, bright room, bathrooms that are constantly kept in order, a designated smoking area, no outsiders, the staff is silent and inconspicuous, but everything is poured and served on time. Delicious. Sega or trout - I didn't figure it out, it doesn't tempt that much, but it's cooked amazingly, juicy, fatty, with an appetizing crust. Fried shrimps are also good, and cold appetizers are typically delicious and varied. In a word, gut)

We definitely recommend the hotel. We rested in July for 5 days. Polite staff, the building and rooms are clean, cleaning was done every day. They will always respond to any request and help.
The subway is next to each other, it takes 5 minutes to walk. There are 3 stations to the center.
We did not have breakfast, but this is not a problem, because there is a large store opposite, where you can buy cheesecakes, sandwiches, buns or assemble a breakfast for every taste.
There is a patio on site. In the evenings we sat there, played cards and chatted. Thanks to the hotel for the warm welcome. All doubts were groundless. If we come again, we will definitely stay here.

A good, good-quality hotel. The rooms are small, but thoughtful and comfortable. Clean and cozy. Of the shower accessories, only the soap in the dispenser. This is a minus for some. Tea, coffee, kettle in the room, cooler on the floor. The sound insulation is good, it's quiet around the hotel, we slept great there! The restaurant had a la carte breakfasts, very tasty and the service is beautiful. Overall, a great hotel!

We booked in advance, one of the conditions was secure parking, we were promised it - in fact, the hotel does not have its own parking, there is a spontaneous one next to the hotel. We occupied 2 rooms 410 and 411, The bed linen is clean, fresh, the rooms are clean, there is a kettle, refrigerator, slippers, toothbrushes on request.There was a surprise in the bathroom, after taking a shower, in both rooms the drain is designed in such a way that the water comes out almost to the door, we contacted the reception, sent a maid, she advised, after taking a shower, wipe the floor yourself with a foot towel. then she really wiped the water herself and brought extra towels. In the hotel restaurant, breakfast can be paid separately, the first day was not bad, on the second day there were no clean appliances freely available and the dishes were not replenished.

I liked the hotel, great location, Petrovshchyna metro station is 6 minutes away, I didn't even use a taxi in the city, the room is clean, there is a kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar. The water cooler is in the hallway. I didn't take breakfast, I ate in the city. But in the evening I went for a snack, I wanted soup, which I can say is a very pleasant Westphalia restaurant, good service and delicious. I will definitely go to the hotel, The price and quality correspond. There are no toothbrushes, pastes, slippers in the room, but it's 3 stars, it didn't bother me.

But with breakfast, this is a real drawback: you buy an additional breakfast Buffet for 35 rubles per person, and you come to the restaurant (which, by the way, is not in the same building - you have to go across the street, which requires dressing in winter) - and there is no buffet, but there is a questionnaire filling out that you want to eat. That is, such a "Buffet" on paper, which does not speed up, but on the contrary, slows down your breakfast, plus you do not see what it looks like what you will eat. In general, this is clearly not a Buffet for 35 rubles.

The restaurant was wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was varied.

We were on a business trip, stayed for 2 days, the choice fell on him because of the convenient location for us. The metro is not far away. The price, in my opinion, is too high. Breakfast was not rich, I was surprised that the coffee machine was freely available at breakfast, but I had to ask the bartender for tea. It was nice that there were kettles in the rooms, but tea supplies were not replenished. There were no safes in the rooms. The shower doors didn't fully close. The check-in voucher indicated that slippers were among the amenities in the room, but they were not there, but only information that they and a dental kit could be purchased at the reception. The rooms themselves were quite cool. A double bed is 2 twin beds pushed together.
The very helpful reception staff left a positive impression!

In general, the hotel has pleasant impressions, friendly staff, Wi-Fi, everything is clean and odorless, BUT! There is a restaurant at the hotel, breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7 am. My friends and I were after a long trip, checked in, wanted to have breakfast and go on vacation. Arriving at the restaurant for breakfast, the bartender told us in an absolutely indifferent tone that there was no breakfast and there would be no breakfast. When we asked a clarifying question, how long at least approximately should we expect breakfast (in order to understand for ourselves whether it makes sense to wait or go to another place for breakfast), the bartender said that he did not know. I think this is absolutely not a client-oriented approach, such indifferent behavior should not be shown!

We were disappointed only by the buffet breakfasts - unreasonably expensive. On the first day the pancakes were cold and wooden, on the second day they had to wait... And the staff at the restaurant was not in too much of a hurry to help. Self-preparation of coffee is a whole adventure.
