The workers at the checkout are very friendly, especially the two girls (unfortunately, I don't know the names), but the guys are brash and fuss more than they do anything, one of the men almost threw napkins in my sister's face when she came up and asked for a little more. Tables on the street are very rarely wiped, when we were there, birds walked around the table at first, and a minute later people were already eating
A big plus is that there are desserts, and the girl there is also very friendly and sweet, beautifully decorated the dessert for us)

We come here every time after the Philharmonic. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. Prices are below average, you can eat a burger for 550 tenge. The toilets are a different story, they are just great, compared to other establishments, it is clean, there is always paper and it does not stink.

Disgusting place: the salad with hair was changed to a salad with rotten lettuce leaves. To my questions, what should I do, 3 people told me to wait for a return and ran off about their business. The second day they can't figure it out, they don't see my payment, the bank says that the money went to the restaurant.
The food has also gotten worse, there's too much ketchup in the burgers. There are few tables inside, and often everything is occupied. Prices have gone up a lot, this food is not worth the money.
I do not recommend this institution if you do not want to waste your time and money in vain.
