- attempts (there were 3 of them) to place an order at the counter were unsuccessful - communication with the KKM was stubbornly absent, as a result, I had to go to the cashier;
- there was not a single (!) cashier at the checkout for 10 minutes, and until I literally went around the staff to call someone to the checkout, the fact of my being there did not bother anyone at all;
- an unpleasant surprise was also caused by the fact that when the order was brought, the burgers turned out to be barely warm, although the waiting time itself was no more than 5 minutes;
