If this is the property of the city of Kostanay, then there should be no advertising next to it. But in the background on the right there is a hefty banner with an advertisement, as if you are doing an advertisement, and hiding it does not at least highlight the damage to the entire background with one edge. The sculpture is located right next to the bus station so you won't get lost.
