Hello everyone I stayed at this hotel in March 2025! It is quite worthy of 3 stars in Thailand. The room is clean, cleaned every day. The bed is awesome, the linen is snow-white, half the baby was changed every day. Bed linen - once every three days, the air conditioner worked perfectly! I smoked on the balcony and in front of the hotel entrance, no one fined me. The staff is polite, you can't see or hear them if you don't need them. If you need, they will always help, there is a bell at the reception)) There are umbrellas, beach towels! I didn't take an umbrella, but in case of rain, I think I need one))) There is a hairdryer in the room! Well, it's weak, and anyway, it dried well! They give you the key to the safe, everything works! There is also a TV with YouTube in the room, the refrigerator worked regardless of the number card! Kettle, 2 bottles of water for free, glasses, mugs, coffee. I didn't hear any neighbors) near the market, exchangers, shops. The beach is probably km away, but it's not scary)) you walk past shops, shops, cafes and massage parlors) on the 6th floor there is a swimming pool, there are sun beds!! Everything is great, I recommend it to those who come to relax inexpensively and get high!!!!

The hotel is old, not very clean, but it didn't bother us in any way, the air conditioning is working, the breakfast is delicious European, the staff is kind, responsive,pleasant, and speaks English well, there are towels for the pool, the pool on the 6th floor is not deep, but the view from it is excellent, the rooms overlook the market and the the windows of the neighboring building,it can be noisy at night,you can also go to the sea with towels,it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea,it's a little dirty,it's cleaner in the north of Patong,There's a Tops daily store in the assignment where the Hotel is, there's absolutely everything,prices are the same as in 7/11,there's also a cafe within a 2-minute walk where borscht for 80 baht and meatballs with mashed potatoes for 120 baht,small portions, but you can eat,Thai cuisine on average at Malin Plaza market is 100-150 baht, it takes 25 minutes to walk slowly to Jang Ceylon

Overall, the hotel is not bad. It was my first time in Tae, there's not much to compare it with.
Positive:
- polite staff
- beach towels
- availability of shops, exchange offices
- swimming pool
In general, the room has good impressions, but you need to understand that this is a budget option. Everything seems to be clean, but there are some shortcomings in the form of a smell in the bathroom. There is a market nearby, it's a noise at night and early in the morning (4-5 a.m. garbage trucks, etc.) buses to hotels that are further down the street. Well, the stink from the market is also for you) It bothered me personally. The windows either look at the neighboring building 2 meters away, or just at the market, if you're lucky)
Like everyone else, I went to the pool once, for the sake of "watching", it was clean and good.
The bed is quite cramped, but surprisingly I slept great. Cleaning and changing towels every day, but as luck would have it, they used to bring rags and not towels, but once)) I don't know, maybe they just wanted a tip, I'm leaving it on the last day.
