I won't speak for cockroaches, since they probably exist in any dorm. In principle, everything is pretty good. The furniture is intact, the floor is linoleum. The wallpaper is a bit shabby, but it's not critical. Limitations in terms of electrical appliances. You can't go there with your own kettles, stoves, etc., and the equipment in the kitchen is just terrible. The water is turned off quite often on the upper floors, however, I live on the second floor, so this does not concern me.
