I live in Siberia, we are not very good with tours now, we decided to go from Kazakhstan and found a website ht.kz It is very convenient to search for tours on it, we found an inexpensive tour to Goa, contacted Natalia's manager via whatsapp. A very responsive, competent and prompt employee! She helped us with the payment of the tour, and in things not directly related to the tour (how to get to Almaty), she was always in touch. Even when there were health problems in Goa, she advised us about the clinic (in fact, instead of a guide). The application through which I booked the tour is also very convenient. Overall, a very good impression of this company! Perhaps next year we will also book a tour with them (if the situation with tours from Siberia does not change).

We bought a ticket from Almaty to Dubai. The hotel was rated 3 stars. A few days later, the travel agent calls back and informs us that the hotel has not confirmed the reservation. They offer to pay an additional $ 360 and then we will be settled in another hotel. We're paying another $360. We arrive in Dubai, the guide from the travel agency, having found out from which hotel we are, tells us that we will not be able to live there anyway, so he will not come to us. We arrived at the hotel. It's generally 1 star, only Africans live, dirt and complete unsanitary conditions. In short, we were sold a hotel with an additional payment of $ 360 in which it is really not possible to live. We stayed overnight for 1 night, as we were tired and had to book another hotel for the entire period. Lost money, time, nerves, I do not recommend this agency

We went in, as it was on the way to another travel agency, but we did not get to the most pleasant girl, she did not want to answer our questions right away, arguing that according to their rules, information is given to customers in doses, although it was very important for us to find out the nuances of the tour. Plus, the employee was unhappy and called her name every time we addressed her as "girl". Everything was messy, as a result, the tour was taken elsewhere.
