I do not recommend a salon in which gossip from 3 years ago is in dialogue with one of the actors
The masters have become a decisive factor in the attitude towards the client. A salon where you can come and wait for an HOUR, and as it turned out, after 2 years (they probably record everything) you also had to NOT SWEAR, but be grateful and RESPECT everyone around you. And as a result, after a short conversation on the phone with the head of the salon (on a completely different issue), I realized that I was NOT important, NOT necessary. It's very unpleasant. And no matter how good a master serves us (and there are 4 of us from the family, for a second), there is no way to go where customers are not appreciated. Today they smile at you, tomorrow they DISCUSS it BEHIND your BACK, and in a year or two or three they will pretend that you are nobody at all.

As I understand it, there are two hairdressing salons - VIP (large and beautiful) and standard (small). Beautiful tea and coffee are served in the VIP room. But not in the "standard" hall. I don't understand the rave reviews - is it really pleasant for you?? A strange division of society for a small difference in the price of a service. I signed up for a facial, a haircut, then planned a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. And after all this, am I a "standard" customer who shouldn't be offered tea?? Do you also rate clients by their appearance or by their clothes?

A place that you want to come back to again and again!!! The service is at a high level, all the masters are professionals in their field. I constantly do manicures / pedicures / eyebrows / hair coloring in this salon and I always remain satisfied!
The manicure masters found the perfect coating option for me, which stays on my nails, because due to the characteristics of the nail plate, the coating does not last more than two weeks, but it was in this place that the masters picked up the perfect coating with which I walk for almost a month!
As for hairdressers, here I was able to achieve the perfect shade of hair, and I always get advice on hair care and restoration!
And of course I would like to thank the administrators, who are always friendly, will choose the right time for recording, will offer tea/ coffee!
In general, I recommend this salon to everyone!

I was at the coloring session with Master Victoria and at the eyebrow correction and coloring session with Master Irina. The masters are super, they quickly identified the request and led to the final result. Service 5 out of 5, administrator Svetlana offered coffee and tea with sweets before, during and after the procedures. The staff is all polite and attentive. I recommend only here!😍
