The hotel has a huge well-groomed territory, the rooms are excellent (stylishly and tastefully) cleaned every day, the rooms have everything and even more (dishwasher, for example, extractor hood for cooking), bathroom accessories are replenished daily, tea, coffee, cream, water too. The security at the hotel is fully ensured. The currency is changed at the reception at a normal adequate exchange rate (maximum 200 dollars from the room and only hundreds, small ones are not taken). The beach is excellent.The food is delicious and varied, both European and Chinese (do not stay hungry at all) pastries, fruits, juices are all there. In general, I recommend it very much.

We had a family vacation (two adults and one child) in December 2024. I really liked the hotel, the location is good, there are few Russians. The breakfasts at the hotel are amazing, varied, for a long period of time, up to 10 hours. The only drawback in the hotel is that there is no wall or window between the room and the bathroom, only blinds. If it doesn't bother anyone, I recommend the hotel. It is spacious, the cleaning is good, bottled water is unlimited, the staff is responsive.

A wonderful hotel. We had a rest in January 2025. The room is large, with a huge balcony overlooking palm trees and the sea. The rooms were a little tired, but they were cleaned every day, towels were changed, water, tea, coffee, sugar, and hygiene kits were replenished. The breakfasts are varied, there is always something to choose from for every taste. Lots of different fruits. But there was no luck with the guide from biblioglobus. We were not offered guided tours, we had to beg for a shopping tour, they offered to bring the goods to the hotel. The meeting was also not held, because there were only two of us in this hotel, we were invited to walk to the nearest hotel, we refused and were offended. On the day of arrival, the guide stayed at our hotel for half a day. Considering that check-in is at 15:00, during this time it was possible to tell everything and offer, but apparently they don't need it. Russian Russians found a cafe nearby with a Russian menu and a Russian-speaking Chinese man, Vanya, who became our guide for the rest of our stay. It's cheaper and more time-efficient, whichever is convenient for you. Thank him very much. I'm attaching a photo with his contacts, in case someone finds themselves in the same situation as us, use Vanya's services, you won't regret it! (Not an advertisement). Another Chinese man came up to us at sea and his prices were completely different. I recommend the hotel. The sea is nearby, the hotel has a huge territory with a swimming pool. Everyone at the reception has translators, but there is a Russian-speaking administrator, you just need to call him very quickly. Have a good rest for everyone.
