Overall a good place. The apartments are not poorly equipped. There are no loud cafes nearby. Not far from the sea. From what I personally did not like about the apartments, it is a concrete floor without any coating.

It's a bit noisy, but the view of the mountains is cool, plus you can see the stars taking into account the illumination of the city. There is no elevator - it is not very convenient. The interior is the same as in the picture, but rougher and more brutal. You can cook. There was not enough room for apartments, but a balcony /veranda/The patios are very spacious

There are no disadvantages. Everything is within walking distance and convenient. There is a sports ground of its own and a fitness room, only for the hall - payment separately.
