Booked from May 11, 2024 to May 14. It so happened that I was given a 3-bed room by reservation. We arrived late in the evening on May 11 at 23.00, it was raining, I was with my husband. The owner came out to the gate, told me in a hoarse voice that the reservation was for one person (it turns out that I chose the wrong one when booking, it was a long flight, I could have made a mistake, I do not deny.) and for the second I have to pay 100% payment for his accommodation. I asked why, because if there is a reservation for 2 people, then the difference is at most + 15%. "If you don't like it, leave." That was the answer. This is Imeretian hospitality, I thought.
