For the past 2 months, I have been coming in almost every day and asking if there is simple lactose-free milk. It's never happened before. God forbid there is a vegetable such as oatmeal, but the choice is also small. (Only the usual lactose-free one costs 1 r, and vegetable 4 r) Please remove the lactose-free milk option from the menu items, or start bringing it to the coffee shop on Sportivnaya.

Today, on April 25, around 16 o'clock, we bought coffee. I took an Americano with vanilla. It's not coffee, it's slop. The so-called coffee was made in less than a minute. Semi-warm, with a white coating, which means that the water has not even boiled. There is no taste of coffee at all, there is also no smell of vanilla. It seemed that they just washed the coffee glass and served it. Disgusting. The coffee ended up in the trash instead of enjoying it. Teach the girls who worked to make coffee.

Often it is fresh orange juice, which is almost never available, and sometimes it is a sandwich lying in the window in plain sight. The prices, however, are pleasing. Anyway, I'm not a coffee connoisseur, so I can't give any adequate assessment to the Hotfix as a coffee shop.

I would like to say a lot of good things, but, unfortunately, it won't work out much. from the good: the price corresponds to the quality, the choice of food is large (both sweet and not sweet), a good selection of non-coffee drinks such as lemonades and tea, everything is always clean in the institution itself.
from not very good, but also not completely bad: music. the music is neutral, tastes and colors, as they say, but sometimes it plays very loudly, you have to repeat the order and name several times.
from the bad: it often happens, especially at lunchtime and in the evening, that a queue of guests accumulates, and a rather long queue, and there are only two employees. and at the moment when it is necessary to help each other, one of the millet workers goes about his business (sweeping the floor, smoking, or just someone comes to someone from the workers and they go on a break together). I understand that a break is sacred, but not when the queue of those who are just making an order is huge. at the same time, there is one person working at the counter who takes orders and prepares them. the quality of the prepared coffee suffers from this, and the guests suffer the same way, because they wait a long time. and as practice shows, when you have to wait for your order, you expect to get something wow, but you get far from wow.
I also recommend holding a master class among employees on how to properly prepare coffee and whip milk, because often instead of coffee I get espresso left over from the previous order, and just foam or boiled milk. the result: the tongue is burned and the coffee lasts for 2-3 sips, the rest is foam.
and I would also like to clarify about Rafe. as far as I know, raf is a coffee drink based on cream, not milk, but for some reason it's just cappuccino in the hotfix. moreover, I always ask in advance for the presence of cream and hear a positive answer, but immediately after that I see how the raf is cooked simply with milk. in this case, review the menu and remove these items altogether.
